UPSC ESE (IES) 2024 Result Expected Soon; Check Latest Updates
The Commission conducted the preliminary exam for the Engineering Service Exam (ESE) on February 18, 2024. IES 2024 results can be out at any time on the official website - upsc.gov.in. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the official website to check and download the results as soon as they come.
UPSC ESE (IES) 2024 result is expected to be out soon in PDF format at the official website - upsc.gov.in. UPSC ESE exam was held on February 18, 2024.
The result PDF will have the candidates' names and roll numbers who are selected in the preliminary examination. Next, the Commission will release the UPSC ESE Prelims 2024 cut-off to decide who will be selected for the next round. The candidates who will score an equivalent of the cut-off marks or more in the IES 2024 result will be called for the next round which is UPSC ESE Mains 2024.
The Engineering Services Exam (ESE) exam is a national-level examination to fill the Engineer posts in Government-run PSUs in India. UPSC ESE Mains 2024 is scheduled to be held on June 23, 2024. On September 6, 2023, UPSC announced a total of 167 vacancies for the IES Exam 2024.
How to Check IES 2024 Result
The results will be uploaded on the official site. To check the results, the candidates must keep visiting the official website of the Commission and do the following:
Step 1: Go to the UPSC's official website - upsc.gov.in
Step 2: Look for the "Engineering Services (Prelims) Exam 2024" option on the homepage and click on it.
Step 3: The "List of Candidates Eligible for the Mains Examination 2024" will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Search for your roll number to know if you have qualified for the examination or not.
How to download IES 2024 Result PDF
Once the candidate check that he/she has qualified for the prelims examination, they need to do the following:
Visit the official website, and open the "List of Candidates Eligible for the Mains Examination 2024" by clicking on the "Engineering Services (Prelims) Exam 2024" and once the list of candidates is displayed on the screen, click on the download option and keep the hard copy of the same for future needs.
