As per the official UPSC Engineering Services Main Exam 2023 calendar, the exam will be held on June 25, 2023. The exam will be conducted in two sessions: i.e. 9.00 am to 12 noon (Discipline-specific Paper 1- 300 marks) and 2.00 to 5.00 pm (Discipline-specific Paper 2- 300 marks).

UPSC ESE Main Exam 2023: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the timetable for the Engineering Services Main Exam (ESE) 2023. All the candidates can check the timetable by visiting the official website; upsc.gov.in. As per the official UPSC Engineering Services Main Exam 2023 calendar, the exam will be held on June 25, 2023. The exam will be conducted in two sessions: i.e. 9.00 am to 12 noon (Discipline-specific Paper 1- 300 marks) and 2.00 to 5.00 pm (Discipline-specific Paper 2- 300 marks).
The Commission has not announced the date of release of the UPSC ESE Main Exam 2023 admit card. However, it is expected to be released three weeks before the exam. The Commission released the IES prelims result on March 3. IES exam dates 2023 were released with the official notification. The UPSC ESE prelim exam 2023 was conducted on February 19. Candidates who cleared the UPSC ESE Prelims 2023 can appear for the mains exam. Candidates must carry a printout for their e-admit cards to their respective exam centres.

UPSC is conducting the exam for recruitment to the Services/Posts under the following categories: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. A total of 327 posts will be filled through UPSC exam which consists of a preliminary exam, a main exam, and a personality test.
