UPSC IES 2024 Result Expected Today at upsc.gov.in

For the UPSC Engineering Service Exam(ESE) prelims exam which was held on February 18, 2024, the result is still pending. UPSC ESE (IES) 2024 results can be out today at the official website - upsc.gov.in.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the Engineering Service Exam(ESE) prelims exam on February 18, 2024. The candidates are eagerly waiting for the result to be announced which can be released anytime soon. IES 2024 results are expected to be released today. 

UPSC ESE prelims result 2024 will be out in PDF format at the official website - upsc.gov.in. The PDF will include the roll number and names of the names of the qualified candidates. However, qualifying prelims exam only is not enough to go to the next round as the scores must be equivalent to or more than the UPSC ESE Prelims 2024 cut-off which will be released after the result declaration.

The cut-off is to decide who will be called for the next round which is UPSC ESE Mains 2024. The next round will be held on June 23, 2024. The Commission has announced 167 vacancies through the IES Exam 2024. The notification was out on September 6, 2023.

Steps to check and download UPSC ESE Prelims Result 2024

Once, the results are out, the candidates must follow these steps to check and download the results:

Step 1: Visit UPSC's official website - upsc.gov.in

Step 2: Look for the "Engineering Services (Prelims) Exam 2024" option on the homepage and click on it.

Step 3: The "List of Candidates Eligible for the Mains Examination 2024" will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Search for your roll number to know if you have qualified for the examination or not.

Step 5: If you find your roll number on the list of qualified candidates, click on the download option and keep the hard copy of the same for future needs.
