UPSC Result 2023: Check State-Wise List of Candidates Qualifying in IAS Exam

The UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2023 final results have been announced. The results included a list of 1016 candidates who have successfully cleared the exam, with six females and four males making it to the top 10 list. Check state-wise UPSC CSE number of qualified candidates here

UPSC Result 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the result of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2023. A total of 1,016 candidates have been recommended for appointment. This year, Aditya Srivastava secured the first position, followed by Animesh Pradhan in second place, and Donuru Ananya Reddy in third. Here, candidates can check state-wise number of candidates who qualified for UPSC IAS exam. Also, the complete list of state-wise qualified candidates will be updated soon. 

Tamil Nadu 

This year, 45 candidates from Tamil Nadu have successfully made it onto the list of qualified candidates. As per reports by The Hindu, Prashanth has emerged as one of the toppers from Tamil Nadu in the Civil Services Examination, 2023 by securing the second spot in Tamil Nadu and his All India rank is 78.

Karnataka 

As per media reports, this year, 28 candidates from Karnataka successfully passed the Civil Services (Mains) Examination 2023, with Soubhagya S. Beelagimath ranking as the top performer from the state with an All India Rank (AIR) of 101.

Gujarat 

As per TOI reports, this year, Gujarat reached a new record with 25 candidates qualifying for the UPSC CSE, surpassing the previous highest of 22 qualifiers in 2014. Among the successful candidates, five are women. Three of them secured positions in the top 100, while another three ranked between 101 and 200. Anjali Thakur from Surat is one of the state's top performers, securing the 43rd rank and aiming for a career in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).

Madhya Pradesh

A total of 9 candidates from Madhya Pradesh qualified for the UPSC:

• Ajay Jain from Bhopal - 16th rank
• Tejas Agnihotri from Bhopal - 27th rank
• Manya from Gwalior - 84th rank
• Chhaya Singh from Bhopal - 65th rank
• Kajal Singh from Satna - 485th rank
• Vedika Bansal from Jaitwara, Satna - 96th rank
• Shubham Raghuvanshi from Morkha, Betul - 556th rank
• Kuldeep Patel from Rajaura, Chhatarpur 
• Prajwal Chaurasia from Chhatarpur

Bihar 

5 candidates from Bihar have successfully qualified in the UPSC examination. 

• Shivam Kumar Tibrewal from Bithan, Samastipur, secured the 19th rank.
• Virupaksh Vikram Singh from Jamhore, Aurangabad, achieved the 49th position.
• Aniket Kumar Dubey from Hajiyapur, Gopalganj, attained the 226th rank.
• Dr. Prem Prakash from Jamuhara, Aurangabad, secured the 130th rank.
• Shahenshah Siddiqui from Narkatiaganj secured the 762nd rank.
