BHU invites applications for various non-teaching positions under Group 'A&B'

The openings are available in the Electrical and Mechanical and Civil departments. Applicants shall first register on the Recruitment & Assessment Cell portal on the BHU website, after which, they can fill up the prescribed electronic application form online.

Banaras Hindu University invited online applications for various non-teaching positions under Group 'A&B' in different sectors of the university. The last date to apply for these openings is January 22, 2024.

Interested candidates must fill the online application form at the official website - www.bhu.ac.in/rac. The candidates belonging to UR, EWS and OBC categories, need to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 1000 for Group A posts, INR 500 for Group 'B' non-teaching posts. There is no application fee for the candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwDs categories.

Name of the posts are Executive Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical), Executive Engineer (Civil), System Engineer, Junior Maintenance Engineer/Networking Engineer, Deputy Librarian, Assistant Librarian, Chief Nursing Officer, Nursing Superintendent, Medical Officer, and Nursing Officer.

"Applicants shall first register on the Recruitment & Assessment Cell portal on the BHU website, after which, they can fill up the prescribed electronic application form online. Separate applications shall be submitted for different positions. Digital passport size photograph and signature in JPEG format not exceeding 50 kb each in file size will be required for uploading while filling the online application. Incomplete applications will not be considered and will be REJECTED," said the official notification.

"The University may verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at any time of appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidate are found fake or the candidate has furnished any false information or has suppressed any information, then his/her service shall be terminated," added the official statement.
