CUET UG 2023 Slot 2 Exam on Day 1 is now over. The NTA conducted shift 2 of the CUET exam 2023 from 12 pm to 2 pm. Shift 3 will be conducted from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm for which the entry of candidates began at 2.15 pm. CUET 2023 Exam will be conducted by the NTA in computer-based mode.

CUET UG 2023: The Common University Entrance Test, Undergraduate (CUET UG) Slot 2 of Day 1 is now over. Slot 2 was conducted from 12 pm to 2 pm. NTA is conducting the CUET Exam 2023 in three slots. The first slot of Day 1 was conducted from 8.30 am to 10.30 am. As per the students, the overall difficulty level of slot 1 was average. The NTA will be conducting the third shift from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm for which the entry of candidates began at 2.15 pm.

CUET 2023 Exam will be conducted by the NTA in computer-based mode. The CUET exam day guidelines are very important as missing any of them make hamper their chances to appear in the entrance exam. Candidates are allowed entry after verifying their admit card and photo identity card. CUET Exam 2023 is scheduled to be held till June 2 and on June 5 and June 6. Candidates must carry their CUET UG Admit Card 2023 along with valid ID proof. 

As per the UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar, Shift 1 of CUET UG 2023 ended well in all 271 cities and 447 centers. The total number of candidates scheduled in shift 1 was 87,879. CUET Exams 2023 will be conducted from May 21 to June 2 and June 5 to 6. The reserve dates are June 7 and 8.

CUET 2023 Marking Scheme

The total marks of the CUET exam vary as per slots and depend on the subjects chosen. The marking scheme as per NTA is given below.

i. Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Five marks (+5)
ii. Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).
iii. Unanswered/Marked for Review will be given no mark (0).
iv. If more than one option is found to be correct then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.
v. If all options are found to be correct then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question.

vi. If none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped, then all candidates who have attempted the dropped question will be given five marks (+5) marks.
