CUET UG 2024 registration highlights maximum registrations from Northern states of India including Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Haryana. Further, the CUET UG 2024 domain-wise registration statistics highlight the maximum number of applications for the General Test followed by Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Biology.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the CUET UG 2024 exam from May 15 to May 24, 2024, in hybrid mode. The CUET UG exam will be conducted for admission in several undergraduate programmes in all central universities and participating institutes.

CUET UG 2024: Reason Behind Maximum Registrations from North India
NTA notified that over 13.4 Lakh applications have been received for CUET UG for the academic session 2024-25. Out of these maximum number of applications (course-wise) were received for admission in north Indian universities namely Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, BBAU Lucknow, Amity University Noida, University of Allahabad, Chandigarh University, Jamia Millia Islamia and so on.

CUET UG 2024 Previous Year Registration Statistics
In the previous year, CUET UG registrations again showed the maximum registrations from the northern part of India. The maximum registrations were from Uttar Pradesh (2.9 Lakh), followed by Delhi (1.6 Lakh), Bihar (82,207), Jharkhand (64,792), Haryana (61,730) and Rajasthan (59,411).
