CUET UG result 2022 has been announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) today, September 16, around 4 am. The result has been declared in the form of a scorecard. NTA has not released the merit list for this exam. Candidates who appeared for the CUET UG exam 2022 between July 15 and August 30 are eligible to download their scorecards by visiting the official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in. NTA applied the normalisation method to compute the scores of candidates who appeared for 54,555 unique combination of subjects.
To download the result candidates need to login using their application number and password. Notably, CUET UG results 2022 have been announced for all six phases of exams held in 20 days and 38 slots. The exam involved 2,219 question papers in 13 languages. The exam was conducted for 27 domains/subjects. As many as 9,68,201 candidates appeared for the exam out of 14,90,293 applicants. Declaring the result, NTA stated, "The CUET (UG) is one of the most sensitive examinations, NTA made elaborate arrangements at various
levels and took help from State Authorities for smooth conduct of examination."

How to Check CUET UG 2022 Result
Candidates will have to follow the steps given below to check their CUET UG result 2022 and download the scorecard.
Step 1: The candidate will have to visit the official website of CUET UG - cuet.samarth.ac.in
Step 2: On visiting the site, the candidate will have to find the link ‘CUET Scorecard’. On clicking the link, the candidate will be directed to a new page on the browser.
Step 3: The candidate will have to enter the following details to log in:

Application number
-
Password
-
Security Pin
Step 4: On entering the details, the candidate can view and download the CUET UG 2022 results.
Candidates are advised to take a printout of the result scorecard for future purposes.
The final answer key of CUET UG 2022 will also be released soon. CUET UG provisional answer keys were declared on September 8 and candidates were allowed to challenge the answer key till September 10, 2022. The result has been computed based on the final answer keys.
CUET UG 2022 was conducted by NTA at 489 examination centres located in 259 cities across India and nine cities outside India in six phases. Apart from the first phase, exams of the rest of the phases were marred with technical glitches. Exams were also cancelled at various centres due to technical issues or natural disasters. NTA ensured that such candidates’ exams were rescheduled and all registered candidates appear for the exam by August 30 by creating a grievance redressal cell.
The exam is the gateway to admission for undergraduate courses offered across 43 Central Universities, 13 State Universities, 12 Deemed Universities and 18 private universities. The participating universities will conduct their admission or counselling processes separately.
