CSR is deeply ingrained in Danaher’s culture and work. Our core values are centered around people and serve as our steadfast foundation. Our Shared Purpose – Helping Realise Life’s Potential – is an opportunity for each of us at Danaher to make a meaningful contribution to something larger than ourselves and create a sustainable impact in the communities we serve. We have prioritised three focus areas for our CSR: advancing healthcare innovation, building a diverse and STEAM-ready workforce, and protecting the environment. We see this IISc – Danaher India CSR collaboration as a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our partnership with IISc while furthering our CSR objectives. We look forward to hosting the IISc team at our manufacturing and research facilities over the course of the curriculum to broaden their perspectives and be better prepared for a fulfilling career in academia or industry.”
