ISI Admission Test 2023 exam was conducted successfully on Sunday, May 14, in 38 cities across India. This year the examination conducting body ISI Calcutta will be conducting the test in offline mode for a duration of two hours. The forenoon session commenced at 10:30 am and concluded at 12:30 pm. The afternoon session commenced at 2:00 pm and concluded at 4:00 pm. ISI admission test 2023 is the gateway for students taking admission in statistical undergraduate and postgraduate courses which are offered at various institutions of ISI. ISI Admission Test 2023 result is expected to be announced in the second week of June. Before the declaration of the result, ISI Calcutta will also release the official ISI Admission Test 2023 Answer Key. The expected date for the ISI Admission Test 2023 answer key is in the fourth week of May.

QROR Paper:

Part I (for Statistics/Mathematics Stream): There are five questions from Statistics & Probability where candidates have to answer six questions taking a minimum of two from each section.

Part II (for Engineering Stream): There are four questions from Mathematics and six from Engineering & Technology where candidates have to answer at least two questions from each section.

The duration of the exam is of four hours with each part given two hours each.

ISI Admission Test 2023 Result

ISI Admission Test 2023 Result will be published in the form of merit list/rank list indidviadualy for all the offered programmes. The result is likely to be declared in the second week of June. The result will be declared via first, second, third round of merit lists. Applicants who took the ISI Admission Test 2023 will be able to access their results online by visiting the official website. Candidates who would qualify for the exam will be called for an interview which will be conducted at the campus. A final merit list will be revealed following the conclusion of the interview phase.

The ISI conducts the Indian Statistical Institute Admission Test abbreviated as ISI Admission Test in order to offer students admission in undergraduate and postgraduate courses which are offered at the ISI. Admission to the academic programmes offered at the ISI Kolkata is strictly based on the merits obtained by the candidates which are evaluated from their performance in ISI admission tests and interviews. The past academic records of the candidate may also be taken into account for the purpose of performance evaluation.

The ISI admission test is a national-level entrance exam and the mode of the exam is offline i.e. pen and paper test.
