The CUET PG exam is set to proceed as scheduled from March 11 to March 28, covering 157 subjects for over 4.6 lakh registered candidates.
As the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) draws near, students have voiced their dissatisfaction with the city centers allocated for the exam. Neeraj, a CUET PG candidate, expressed his frustration on social media, questioning the allocation process after being assigned an exam center in Kanpur, despite selecting Varanasi and Chandauli as his preferred cities.
Others echoed similar sentiments, urging the UGC Chairman and National Testing Agency (NTA) to intervene and reschedule the exam to rectify the allocation errors. Shubham Yadav pleaded for his exam center to be shifted from Allahabad to Varanasi, stressing the inconvenience caused by the distant location. Pooja Yadav and Devesh Kumar Singh also raised concerns over being assigned exam centers far from their preferred choices of Varanasi and Prayagraj.
The NTA recently released the CUET PG exam city intimation slips, allowing candidates to check their allocated exam centers for the exams scheduled from March 16 to March 20. While the NTA stated that the city intimation slip serves as an advance notice to facilitate travel plans, students remain dissatisfied with the allocation process.
Despite the ongoing challenges, the CUET PG exam is set to proceed as scheduled from March 11 to March 28, covering 157 subjects for over 4.6 lakh registered candidates. The exam will be conducted in three shifts, with each shift lasting for 105 minutes.
As candidates await the issuance of CUET PG hall tickets on March 7, the NTA faces mounting pressure to address the grievances of students and ensure a smooth and fair examination process.
For updates and assistance regarding CUET PG, candidates are advised to stay tuned to the official NTA website and contact the help desk for any queries or concerns.
