TIFR GS 2022 Conducted on December 12

TIFR GS 2022 has been conducted successfully on December 12. The paper-pencil based test has been conducted for a duration of three hours in two slots. The test was conducted in 38 cities across India. The result of TIFR GS 2022 is expected to be declared by the fourth week of January 2022. After the declaration of the result, the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai will announce the admission or the counselling process for the various subjects covered under TIFR GS 2022.

TIFR GS 2022 has been conducted for the MSc, Integrated MSc-PhD, MPhil and PhD courses of the following subjects:

• Mathematics

• Physics

• Chemistry

• Biology

• Computer and Systems Sciences

• Science Education (MPhil and PhD programmes)

TIFR GS 2022 Exam Timing

The subject-wise exam timings for TIFR GS 2022 were as follows:

The exam pattern and marking scheme vary from subject to subject. There is a negative marking scheme involved for each wrong answer. The total marks allotted to each subject is 100.
