UPCATET 2023 (UP Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test) online registration for the session 2023 started on March 1 by Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Ayodhya which is the examination conducting body for the UPCATET 2023 exam. UPCATET Eligibility Criteria

UPCATET 2023 eligibility criteria for different BSc and BFSc courses is as given below:

• BSc (Honours) Agriculture/ BSc (Honours) Horticulture/ BSc (Honours) Forestry: Candidates should have cleared Class 12 with Agricultural Science/ Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB)/ Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM)/ Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB) subject to meet UPCATET eligibility criteria.
• Bachelor in Fisheries Science (BFSc): Candidates should have cleared Class 12 with Agricultural Science/ Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB)/ Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB) subject to meet UPCATET 2023 eligibility criteria.
• BSc (Honours) Home Science: Candidates should have cleared Class 12 in the Arts stream with Home Science/ PCB/ PCM/ PCMB/ Agricultural Science subject to be eligible for UPCATET exam. Only female candidates can opt for this course, informs the official website.

Age limit: As of December 31, 2023, candidates should be more than 16 years and less than 22 years in age. However, for the BVSc&H course, candidates should be minimum 17 years and maximum 25 years in age as of December 31, 2023. It may be noted that candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category have an age relaxation of five years for any course they apply for.
