Up-skilling of teachers to be future ready critical for Schools: STTAR 21st Century Report

It also suggests for integrated technology-based support for personal learning communities (PLC) provides the time and space to reflect and refine instructional methods that enhance 21' century knowledge and skills mastery in classroom practice.
