The Territorial Army has announced the supplementary result for the written exam. Earlier, the Territorial Army result was announced on December 1, 2021, the written exam was conducted on September 26, 2021. Due to the technical issue, a few passed candidates were erroneously left out from the list of qualified candidates. The issue has been rectified by a board of officers after checking each and every details. In addition to 1902 candidates who were declared passed in PIB written exam, additional 583 more candidates are hereby declared as passed.

The name of these additional pass candidates has been uploaded in PDF form. The details of location, date and time for PIB interview will be intimated by the concerned Territorial Amy Group Headquarters through registered email or by SMS separately.

Candidates who are now declared passed in PIB written exam should read instructions uploaded on TA website under the head ‘General Call-up Notice’ and download, print and fill the IAF (TA) - 9 Revised (Part-II) application form and produce the same at the time of PIB interview.

Documents for PIB Interview

Candidates must be in possession of the following documents (original & self -attested copy) at the time of Interview:

  • Candidates passed in PIB written exam will download, print and fill IAF (TA)-9 Revised (Part-2) Application Form in their own handwriting
  • Latest physical fitness certificate from a registered MBBS doctor
  • Candidates whose names vary in documents should submit copy of Gazette notification of India/State showing the correct name or an affidavit duly supported by newspaper cuttings
  • Service certificate alongwith no objection certificate by candidates employed in Central Govt/ Union Territory/ State/Semi govt/ private Sector duly authenticated by the department. (As per notification)
  • Self-employed candidates are required to submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of minimum value duly attested stating nature of employment and annual income alongwith photocopy of PAN card and self-certified character certificate. (As per notification)
  • Employees of railways are required to submit no objection certificate authenticated by railway board
  • Latest income poof from the appropriate authority (i.e. Income Tax Department / Revenue Department /1st class Magistrate / Employer)
  • Risk certificate duly signed by parent / guardian
  • Five photographs (Passport size)
  • Character Certificate (from employer)
  • All educational qualification certificates (Matriculation onwards). Semester/ year-wise mark sheet of graduation alongwith Degree /Provisional Degree
  • Government-issued Identity proof with photograph (Aadhaar/Voter ID / PAN Card / Passport / Driving license etc)
  • Domicile/ Residential Address proof
  • Proof of date of birth (Matric / Senior Secondary mark sheet & certificate for verification of date of birth)
  • PAN Card
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) filed

No TA/DA will be provided to candidates. Candidates will make their own arrangement for journey and stay. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited during the interview. All those candidates whose complete documents are not produced for verification will not be allowed to attend the interview.
