UIDAI takes action after Madhu ka Panchwa Baccha goes viral; says no school can deny admission

Baby Five of Madhu/Madhu ka Panchwa Baccha has finally for admitted to school. After going viral on various social media platforms because of an unusual Aadhaar name 'Madhu ka Panchwa Baccha,' Unique Identification Authority of India, UIDAI stepped in to save the child’s future.

According to an ANI, the news gathered so much attention that even Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister's Officer, CMO decided to intervene here. The intervention of UIDAI into the matter helped Baby Five of Madhu get admission to a school.

As per ANI, an official release by CMO read, "Dinesh of Raipur village of Budaun district went for admission of his daughter Aarti to school. In the Aadhar card of Aarti, her name was written as 'Madhu ka Panchwa Bachha', due to which the school did not admit her. When this matter reached the Chief Minister, he instructed the Basic Education Department to get the girl admitted to the school immediately."

No School can deny admission to kids without Adhaar card

A few days ago, the school denied admission to this six-year-old child after seeing an unusual name on her Aadhaar Card.

The incident took no time to go viral on social media after a teacher allegedly uploaded the student's Aadhaar Card with the name 'Baby Five of Madhu' and 'Madhu ka Panchwa Baccha' on social media. Reports suggested that the same teacher denied the child admission making fun of her name.

UIDAI has also asked authorities to take action against the teacher who denied admission to the child. Informing the media, UIDAI said that usage of temporary names while making the Aadhaar Card of a newborn is common.
