UoH Admissions 2022: Application process begins for diploma courses

All those students who are already pursuing their full-time courses can also join these programmes simultaneously. Admitted students will be given well-prepared study material soft copy, the CDVL announced.

UoH Admissions 2022: The University of Hyderabad (UoH), Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning (CDVL), is now inviting applications for admissions to various one-year diploma courses offered through blended mode. Candidates can apply for the programmes on or before March 31.

UOH Admissions 2022: List of courses

The courses offered include Business Management, Project Management, Cyber Laws, Forensic Science, Library Automation Networking, Communicative English, Infection Prevention Control, and Community Eye Health. The CDVL is also offering skill upgradation programmes jointly with NIRD, ICAR-NAARM, BSNL-NATFM, Truth Labs, Apollo MedSkills, IFCAI and LV Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI).

The prospectus can be downloaded from the website and the registration fee is Rs.300. Completed applications along with the online registration fee receipt can be sent to The Assistant Registrar, Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning (CDVL), University of Hyderabad, Golden Threshold Building, Abids, Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad-500001. 

Earlier, UoH, VC, Professor BJ Rao had announced that it will be launching new initiatives under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 in the next academic year; i.e. 2022-23.  “Our NEP 2020 is about to be launched in the next academic year 2022-23. The NEP 2020 committee has done laudable work in road mapping the implementation of NEP 2020. We need to gear up towards a newer and novel multi-disciplinary course curriculum much more student-centric and competitive. More innovative and far-reaching e-learning modules need to be designed and implemented in NEP-2020,” Prof. BJ Rao said.
