RRB Group D 2022 exam is likely to be delayed beyond July as the examination authority is yet to finalise the agency which will conduct the exam. However, there is no official update in this regard.

RRB Group D 2022 Exam Likely to be Delayed

RRB Group D 2022 is likely to be delayed further beyond July 2022. There is no official confirmation on whether the exam will be delayed further or not. According to media reports, the logistics are becoming a problem, the company which was supposed to conduct the exam has allegedly backed out. RRBs are looking for the exam conducting agency for holding RRB Group D CBT exam.

RRB Group D Exam Date 2022

RRB Group D 2022 will be conducted in single-stage CBT. Percentile-based normalisation will be followed to calculate the scores of candidates. RRB Group D 2022 recruitment will be done in three stages-Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Document Verification & Medical. Candidates who have passed Class 10 exams were allowed to fill RRB Group D application form. The minimum age limit for the exam was 18 years. A total of 1,03,769 vacancies have been announced for Track Maintainer Grade-IV, Helper/Assistant in various technical departments (Electrical, Mechanical and S&T departments), Pointsman and other Level-I posts.

RRB Group D exam pattern for CBT is divided into four sections: General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning and General Awareness and Current Affairs. The total duration of the test is 90 minutes (120 minutes for eligible PwBD candidates accompanied by the scribe). The test paper comprises a total of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions. Candidates qualifying the CBT exam are called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
