RRBs will release the complete exam schedule of RRB NTPC in October. The first stage CBT will be conducted from December 15 onwards.

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will release the complete exam schedule of RRB NTPC in October. The Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) will also be finalised in October. Earlier, the Chairman of Railway Board, YK Yadav had announced that the first stage CBT exam will commence from December 15. The exam will be conducted putting in place all the safety precautions due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Candidates could check their application form status till September 30. RRB NTPC admit card 2020 will be released four days before the exam. Prior to the release of admit card, the exam date, time and exam city of candidates will be informed to candidates. To download the admit card of RRB NTPC, candidates need to enter user ID and password.

The first stage CBT of RRB NTPC will be held for 90 minutes, 120 minutes will be given to PwBD candidates accompanied by a scribe. The test paper will comprise questions from General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The test paper will have 100 objective type multiple-choice questions. The first stage CBT is qualifying in nature. The standard of questions will be of Class 10, 12, and graduation level.

RRB NTPC 2020 selection process is different for different posts. The selection process of Station Master and Traffic Assistant comprises two-stage Computer-Based Tests followed by Computer Based Aptitude Test. The selection process of Junior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist and Senior Time Keeper comprises two-stage Computer-Based Tests followed by Typing Skill Test.

Selection of candidates for Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Commercial Apprentice is done based on two-stage CBT followed by document verification and medical examination
