RRBs will soon announce RRB NTPC 2020 exam dates. The last to submit the tender online is August 17. The technical bids will open on August 17.

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) are expected to announce RRB NTPC exam dates soon. Admit cards will be issued to candidates four days before the exam. For the last one year, over 1.26 crore candidates are waiting for RRB NTPC examination to be conducted. The recruitment is conducted to fill up a total of 35,208 vacancies to the post of Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Time Keeper, Trains Clerk, Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Commercial cum Ticket clerk, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Commercial Apprentice and Station Master etc.

The pre-bid conference for addressing the queries raised by the prospective bidders regarding Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) of RRB NTPC was held on July 3, 2020. The bidding for the ECA started on August 3, 2020. The last to submit the tender online is August 17. The technical bids will open on August 17.

The Ministry of Railways is speeding up the process for conducting RRB Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) Exam 2020 for the graduate and under-graduate level posts.

Candidates may have to wear face masks considering COVID-19 guidelines while appearing in the exam. Sanitation of exam centres after each shift will be done. Number of candidates to be booked in an exam centre may be cut down to enable more social distance between two candidates while enforcing the norms required for fair and smooth conduct of examination of this magnitude.

The first stage CBT of RRB NTPC is held for 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates accompanied by scribe). The test paper comprises questions from General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The test paper will have 100 objective type multiple-choice questions. The first stage CBT is qualifying in nature. The standard of questions will be of Class 10, 12 and graduation level.
