OUAT to conduct counselling for admission through ICAR from January 12 onwards

The Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) will conduct the counselling session for admission to programmes offered through ICAR AIEEA and ICAR AICE JRF/SRF (PhD). Students who had applied for admission through ICAR, will have to appear for the counselling round in person and will have to verify their documents from January 12, 2021, to January 15, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM onwards. Students are required to carry all their original and self-attested copies to the counselling centre and complete the admission formalities on before the last date.

Students will have to appear at Biju Pattanaik Hall, second floor, Administrative Building of OUAT, Bhubaneswar on January 12, 13 and 15, 2021.

Candidates are required to carry the following documents which are required for the OUAT-ICAR counselling round:

ICAR Allotment Letter

ICAR Rank Card

ICAR Scorecard

ICAR Provisional Admission Letter

Certificate from Head of Institution Last Attended

Character Certificate/Conduct Certificate

Migration Certificate

Class 10 Mark Sheet

Class 12 Mark Sheet

UG Mark-Sheets (For PG)

PG Mark-Sheets (For PhD)

Domicile Certificate

Category Certificate (If Applied)

Medical Fitness Certificate

Aadhar Card

Passport Size Photograph

The candidates have to submit the documents and pay the course fees on the mentioned dates as thereafter, admissions will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to follow the social-distancing norms and wear a mask at all times. It is highly advisable to carry your own hand sanitizers and water bottle.
