After the MAH BEd CET result 2025 are declared candidates need to take part in the counselling process, the counselling process consists of the following stages -

Registration:

  • Candidates who qualified in the MAH BEd CET 2025 exam as per the result declaration can participate in the CAP rounds
  • To be part of the CAP process they will have to register for the counselling process as per the dates and schedule.
  • The e-scrutiny team will conduct the e-verification of the uploaded documents of the candidates and the filled-in application form.

Release of the Alphabetical and Final Merit List:

  • Post the counselling registration and e-verification, the exam authority will issue the alphabetical merit list,
  • After the list is released, candidates can submit complaints if they have any.
  • The admission committee will consider the concerns and if they are valid, they will declare the final merit list.
  • College option form filling for rounds 1 and 2.
  • The college option form-filling window will open after the announcement of the final merit list. Candidates on the final merit list can choose colleges as per their preferences.
  • The options provided by the candidates during this period will be valid for CAP rounds 1 and 2

  • Candidates will be assigned seats depending on their merit list, the web selection and the number of seats available, the seat allotment result will be announced on the official CAP portal,
  • Aspirants will have to download the provisional allotment letter from the candidate's login window.
  • They must submit a copy of the provisional allotment letter to the assigned college during the college reprint period.
  • If aspirants are allocated the seats as per their first choice from the choice-filling process, then the allotment shall be final and they will have to consent to it and use the "freeze" option to confirm the same. These candidates will not be able to participate in the college option form filling in the next rounds and they will have to confirm their seat allotment by paying the one-time seat acceptance charge of INR 1000 via the candidate login window.
  • The shortlisted candidates must then report to the allocated institute for document verification, they have to confirm their admission by paying the specified college fees.
  • Those aspirants who did not receive their first preference college and want to confirm their admission may also use the freeze option.
  • Applications who do not want to confirm their submission can go to the betterment" tab and move to the next rounds 2 and 3.
