MAH BEd CET 2025: The exam conducting body, State Cell Maharashtra released the MAH BEd CET 2025 dates. The MAH BEd CET 2025 dates were mentioned in the official notification and released on its official website - cetcell.mahacet.org. The authorities activated the MAH BEd CET 2025 registration window for the MAH BA. BEd/ BSc. BEd (4-years integrated) on January 4, 2025. The last date to apply for the same is February 4, 2025. Candidates planning to make a career in teaching and pursuing the BEd course from government colleges in Maharashtra can fill out the application form before the last date. Candidates successfully submitting the application form will be issued the hall ticket of MAH BEd CET to appear in the exam. As per the dates, the MAH-B.Ed (General & Special) & B.Ed ELCT will be conducted from March 24 to 26, 2025. while the MAH-B.A-B.Ed/BSc.B-Ed (Four Year Integrated Course) will be conducted on March 28, 2025, along with the MAH-B.Ed-M.Ed (Three Year Integrated Course). The MAH BEd CET eligibility criteria are the minimum requirements that candidates need to meet to apply for the MAH BEd CET 2025 exam. Candidates can check the required eligibility criteria for the exam below: 

MAH BEd CET 2025 Eligibility Guidelines for Candidates of Maharashtra State

Candidates should be an Indian citizen and should have a Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Master’s Degree with subjects Mathematics/ Sciences/ Social Sciences (Political Sciences/ History/ Economics/ Geography/ Philosophy/ Psychology/ Education/ Library Science)/ Humanity Sciences (including all Languages and Literature – Marathi, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Urdu, Pali-Prakrit, etc. studied as Optional/ Special Subject at Graduation)/ Commerce.

  • Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Mathematics/Humanities Sciences/Commerce subjects. 
  • Candidates should have passed their bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned subjects with a minimum of 50% marks for the general category, and 45% marks for backward classes including SC/ST/OBC/SBC. 
  • Candidates who are appearing for the final year examination of any bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply for the exam.  

Age Limit: There is no age limit for candidates applying for the MAH BEd CET 2025 exam. 

MAH BEd CET Eligibility Guidelines for Candidates from other States

Candidates should be an Indian citizen. All backward class candidates with Graduate/ Post Graduate Degrees from universities out of Maharashtra will be considered Open Category Candidates. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and/ or Master’s Degree program with a minimum of 55% of marks for all categories. Those appearing for the final year examination of any Bachelor’s Degree are eligible to apply as well however, they will have to submit their qualification certificate during the document verification.

MAH BEd CET Eligibility Guidelines for NRI Candidates

Candidates belonging to categories like Non-Resident Indian, Person of Indian Origin, Overseas Citizen of India and Foreign National Students, and Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf Countries must have scored minimum marks with 55% aggregate.

Candidates’ Age Limit: There is no upper age limit to applying for the MAH BEd CET 2025 Exam.

The MAH BEd CET 2025 application form will be released tentatively in January 2025. Candidates aspiring to appear for the MAH BEd CET entrance exam need to follow the steps mentioned below: 

Step 1: Registration 

To fill in the MAH BEd CET application form, candidates are required to register themselves first. Visit the official website of MAH BEd CET 2025 – cetcell.mahacet.org.

Click on “New Registration” and read all instructions. Fill in all the required credentials.

Create your password and security questions.

Click on the submit button and confirm the details.

Candidates must upload the scanned copies of the required documents in their prescribed format

The candidate has to select the “Centre of Examination” for the MAH BEd CET 2025 Entrance Exam.

After the completion of the MAH BEd CET 2025 Online Application form, candidates will have to submit the fees online.

Save a copy of the MAH BEd CET 2025 filled-in Application form and fee receipt.

Step 2: Fill out the MAH BEd CET Application Form 

Candidates can fill out the application form and validate their filled-in details before submitting it. Fill in the applicant's name, his/her father/husband, etc. Fill in all the personal and academic details in the application form. You'll need to upload the scanned image and signature according to the guidelines and submit the application form. Candidates will be redirected to the payment gateway. Now, candidates are required to make the payment by using payment methods like the given below  

  • Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro).  
  • Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallet. 

On successful completion of the payment, an e-receipt will be generated. 

Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form and save it for further use.

MAH BEd CET Syllabus 2025

The MAH BEd CET syllabus 2025 is prescribed by the exam conducting body. The BEd CET question paper will be based on the syllabus of MAH BEd CET. To get admission to the BEd courses, shortlisted candidates of MAH BEd CET will have to appear in the counseling process.
