A:

Candidates who fail to bring their Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EDCET) admit card to the exam hall will not be permitted allowed to appear in the exam. It is essential to carry the TSEdCET admit card 2025 which serves as proof of candidate identity and eligibility to take the exam. They must carry the admti card along with oen valid photo ID proof like aadhar card, voter card, PAN card or driving license along with a couple of passport size photographs.

No, there is no such provision. The exam body Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda does not issue duplicate admit cards under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep their TSEdCET admit card safe and secure from the time of download until the completion of the exam process.

How the TSEdCET Exam Centres Are Allocated?

While filling out the application form, candidates can choose their preferred exam centre. The exam body ensures that they allocate centres based on candidate’s preferences, however, in some cases, they even allow separate exam centres. This is done if the preferred exam centre reaches its capacity, the authorities then allocate the nearest available centre.
Steps to Check the TS EdCET Exam Centre

  1. After downloading the admit card, from the official website, candidates can check all the details mentioned on it.
  2. They must Double-check their name, roll number and exam centre details, along with the exam time as well as reporting time.
  3. Based on the location of the exam centre, candidates must plan their travels accordingly. They must use online maps or visit the centre in advance to familiarize themselves with the location.

TSEdCET Exam Day Guidelines

  1. Candidates must reach at least 30 minutes before the reporting time as latecomers may not be allowed to enter. This way they can settle into the atmosphere and have no stress while navigating through the frisking process.
  2. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid government-issued photo ID proof like aAadhar card, voter ID, passport, etc.
  3. Candidates must avoid carrying any electronic devices, calculators, or study material into the exam hall. If found so, they might be barred from appearing in the exam.
  4. Candidates must wear simple and comfortable clothing without large buttons or accessories. They must avoid flashy dresses or ornaments.
  5. If your exam center is far from your residence, you must arrange transportation and accommodation well in advance.
  6. Keep all necessary documents, water bottles, and stationery ready the day before.
