Placements: 96% of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course is INR 7000, the lowest package is INR 3800 and the average package is INR 5000. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys Technologies and Egyptian company. 60% of students got internships in teaching professions, 20% chose translation jobs and 15% chose schooler professions.
Placements: Placement isn't offered here, but what is taught practically will definitely be useful. Even video editing (CANVA), photography (Adobe), news writing & blogging (WordPress / Medium), tabloids, and Nukkad Natak—all these things are taught very carefully. Various seminars or events are organized based on journalism & mass communication.
Placements: The placement is poor at our college. In my department, geography, the placement in our field doesn't exist. TCS offers a 2.5 LPA package. But the engineers have a little better placement than us. No big companies are there. Just TCS or Infosys with 2-3 LPA packages.
Placements: Many of our seniors have got placed in multinational companies. Many students have got government jobs. I'm doing a 3-year B.A. Hons. In English Literature, the professors of this university are very helpful, they will also help you with your further studies.
Placements: A high number of students are paving their way in government, including colleges. Amazon and various IT companies and several private organisations conduct campus drives each academic year. Students are placed across India. The salary ranges from Rs. 8,000 to 60,000 per month.
Placements: Most of the students went for higher studies. I think more or less 80% students got placed on the campus. Amazon and also some multinational companies visited the campus for placements. The university gives free WBSC coaching. Around 17 students of my seniors got qualified in geography department out of 25. The placement cell is on the main campus, and they fully concern about it. The university also provides B.Ed program.
Placements: In my Bengali department, there is no placement provided by our University. But other departments like engineering and management department placement are provided by our University. Now I'm in 1st year in the Bengali department, I'm 100% sure my information is correct.
Placements: Well, since it is ENGLISH course, there is no chance of getting college placements, but one thing, I should clear here that many of us and senior have ranked in NET and SET and currently having their Ph.D degree in several universities, and, particularly telling, some of them are pursuing their Ph.D in this university too .
