Yes, Allahabad University accepts CUET-UG scores for admission to its UG courses. These courses include BA, BCom, BSc, BPA, BFA and Integrated BA LLB (Hons). All these courses are offered across multiple specialisations. To be eligible for this exam, all the UG aspirants must have completed their Class 12 with the relevant subjects. No, candidates seeking admission to the Allahabad University for most of its UG and PG courses have to appear for the CUET-UG and PGAT entrance exams, respectively. For a few courses, such as BBA, admission is subject to merit list created subject to the Class 12 scores. At Allahabad University, admissions for both UG and PG courses are ongoing. While for UG courses, the CUET UG entrance exam is scheduled to take place between May 21 and May 31, the PG course registrations via the PGAT entrance tests will go on till May 16. Post registration, the PGAT exam is expected to be conducted in the first week of June. 

Allahabad University accepts CUET scores for admission to the UG courses and the CUET application process is usually concluded between January and March. The University Library was started in 1916. The library has a collection of approximately 7.60 Lacs Books & Bound Vols Journals, 20,000 PhD Thesis (Hard + Soft Copy), 4,000 E-Books, and various e-journals, print journals, databases, and newspapers. The library also has collections of rare objects of historical value and considerable research/archival importance.

The University of Allahabad campus is spread across 232 acres. It offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. It includes a computer centre, a meditation centre which is known as Gandhi Bhawan, hostel accommodation, National Cadet Corps, National Service Scheme and an Athletic Association. The library of Allahabad University offers over 7.40 Lacs books and bound volumes of diaries, over 17,000 PhD propositions and 2,300 digital books. Allahabad University offers separate hostel facilities to boys and girls. It has nine boys and six girls hostel. Allahabad University also has two dynamic NCC Units, No. 2 UP Big Guns Battery and the Naval Wing. These two units organise classes for various subjects of importance to Army/ Navy obligations/ aptitudes and take cadets to NCC Camps for unified preparation with their partners from different establishments.

The admission process of Allahabad University is inclusive of multiple steps such as registering on the official website or the website of the admission conducting body or exam. Followed by applications, candidates are required to go through the selection rounds, such as entrance exams. After the selection rounds are over and the results for the same are out, course-wise counselling is conducted again by the admission conducting body or the university and a final merit list is released by the University with the names of the shortlisted applicants.

Allahabad University UG Counselling process is now over for 2024 admission. Allahabad University cutoff 2024 has been released for LLB admission. Candidates seeking admission at Allahabad University for LLB courses must have minimum CUET scores of 160 for the General AI category students. Also, candidates seeking admission to the university must keep a check on the official website for the cutoffs of all courses. 

Candidates seeking admission to BSc at Allahabad University are required to appear for CUET-UG (conducted by NTA). In addition to appearing for this exam, students seeking admission to the BSc courses must have completed their Class 12 with Science stream. Once through both the rounds, students are required to go through the counselling process conducted by Allahabad University for final seat allotment.
