Reviewing Baba Farid University of Health Sciences.

Placements: Placements are not available in this University. Pass out batches from this university had average packages of 3.2 lacs to 7.4 lacs per annum. Basically, this course students are not selected in companies, they are selected in hospitals and the students are selected in multi specialty hospitals as well.

Good campus size with poor maintenance .

Placements: I belong to MBBS batch 2020 so 250 students enrolled in this course through state and all India counselling and this college offers a stipend of Rs.15000/- upon internship. This college offers courses like MBBS NURSING and PG courses. The associated hospital is GNDH.

Everything here is average in terms of faculty, infrastructure, value for money, hostels, hostels.

Placements: Approximately 40percent will be placed in our course. Te highest package- Rs 90000, average package is Rs 60000 and the lowest package is Rs 45000. Students are placed in government hospitals. Some private setups also provide us with jobs but at a very low package.100 percent students get internship because completion of internship is mandatory for getting degree of MBBS.

Come here at your own risk. It will empty your pocket.

Placements: B.A.M.S. offers opportunities mainly in the personal fields, like owning a clinic. Only some of the students are able to get jobs in government hospitals. You can own your clinic and live your life peacefully. There are no campus placements.

This college provides more clinical and educational, but less in enjoyment.

Placements: Almost everyone gets a job but it becomes very tough getting a PG seat just after doing internships in CMC, if do not have any quota. Getting a job after doing MBBS was not tough, but getting a PG seat was tough, and the internships were hectic.

The college is good but not the best.

Placements: I am studying in a dental college, and medical colleges do not provide me with placements. You can either open your own clinic, gain experience at someone else clinic or continue to study further if you are planning to do MS, but we do not get placed in companies.

I am dissatisfied with curriculum, but the infrastructure, facilities, and placements are good.

Placements: Regarding the placements, out of 10 students, around 6 students are placed across India after their degree and without any internships or some experience because, here in CMC Ludhiana, students will get the clinical practice of the next level. The roles offered are technologists.

The college is good for local students.

Placements: Only one student of our batch got placed in some local company. Information about salary is not clear. Placements for civil students are not good. There are plenty of placements for computer science students. Placements management does not listen to students. They distribute the consent forms among students, but if some students say no to placements, they do not respect that decision. Instead, they start asking about the reasons. They force all students to attend different classes by saying it i...

The teaching quality is bad, and the management is poor.

Placements: Only 1% of students got placed in my batch. The highest package offered is 2-3 LPA. Few students got internships. The placement department of our college is poor.

Improvements are being made here.

Placements: Our college does not provide placements. However, in the final year, an internship is compulsory, which is required to complete the course and be eligible for the degree. After completing the course, we get qualified as a doctor and can start our own practice alongside studying for postgraduation as desired.

Dissatisfied with the faculty members and placements of our college.

Placements: Placements provided in the college are very bad for the students of the mechanical department. Only a couple of core companies visit for the placement drive of the mechanical branch. Most of the companies visit our college, but they prefer the students of IT, CSE, and ECE branches. The colleges do support in shaping us for the placements, but it is of no use if we're not visited with the hirers. Placements of the core branches are below average and need improvement.

Overall the campus is good but It is one of the best in Hoshiarpur region.

Placements: Placements are above average but not too good, College does put a lot of efforts during the peak time as they provide training regarding placement. The maximum package offered is 10 lac per annum, the training and placement cell involves the lest of student support. Placements techniques can be improved by involving more student support plus genuine efforts.

Fine faculty, fine placement and good infrastructure.

Placements: Not up to the mark. The placements are of a lower level in the BPO sector and it is not satisfactory. The placements were according to the level of the students and the level is decreasing year by year. The life on campus is fine but if you are going for placements, then I would not recommend for this college. I was in the women's department but placements were all together with the co-ed of Hoshiarpur and other campuses. Only a few have good jobs. There was only one good company that came and i...

I am satisfied with theoretical knowledge imparted here but not with practical experience.

Placements: Below-average jobs are available after the BDS course. If you are planning to pursue this course, I would suggest preferring good government colleges rather than private ones. Out of 80 students in our batch, most of them chose non-clinical fields and only a few continued with the clinical field. So basically if you truly want to join the dentistry line then prefer government colleges.
