Review of Bahra University.
Placements: Almost 78% of the students got placed. The salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. The college offers masters and pharmaceutical course. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 4,500 per month. The average salary offered ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000 per month. Internships are offered based on the interview held in our college. But the internship offered to students who scored more than 9 CGPA in their academics.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. Facilities in our department are also excellent. Our HOD is highly educated and well-disciplined. I don't know about the hostels as I don't stay at the hostel. However, I eat food the food served in the mess, and it is good. All facilities are available in our university.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and well-qualified. They know maximum all languages and are knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant as it is the IT department. Many students are ready to go to reputed companies.
Other: I have chosen this course as I like coding, and I will become a software developer. The best thing about the course is a Python developer. Python is very smart and easy to use, and there is nothing to be in our course. Many events and fests are organised at our university.

College with low standard.
Placements: Placements are not good. Most of the students are placed for technical support jobs. Some are just doing the internship. Highest package offered this year was 3 LPA. The lowest package was 1.4 LPA. They show that our seniors were placed, but most of them didn't get the offer letter. Few have some joining issues. For few students, the company they got selected was not good. This year, from MCA, two students were placed, in that one student just got selected for the internship.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi enabled campus with average speed. The labs are well-equipped. The medical facility is good. The gym is available for boys and girls, but there is no proper management. Cafeteria food is average. Dhaba food is better than cafeteria food. Hostel rooms are good. Mess food is just to fill your stomach.
Faculty: The course curriculum is too old. Practical work is very less. Faculty are not taking too much interest in practical work. Never had an industrial visit. Not satisfied with the curriculum. The subjects I learnt in my graduation time, they are teaching the same with 10 to 20% change. They use mostly chalk and duster method to teach. Some of the faculty are very intelligent but some just come to complete the syllabus.

Number 1 university in teaching in Himachal.
Placements: At Bahra University, placement records are very good. One can easily get placed if he or she is up to the mark. Around 50 to 60 companies visit each year for placement drives. The 2017 batch placement record was very good and around 110+ students got placed in different companies. The highest package offered was 6 lakhs per annum and the average package is 2.9 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: It is situated in a small town of Solan district i.e. in Waknaghat. Labs and classrooms are well-furnished. Others facilities are very good. Since it is located on hills, there is peace so that you can study well with a cool atmosphere. The university is connected to the national highway. The whole campus including the hostel is connected with Wi-Fi with some restrictions to the students like they cannot access the social network websites by using college Wi-Fi. A gym is also available in the hostel. The mess food is also hygienic. There may be a lack of salt or chilli, otherwise, it is OK.
Faculty: Faculty members are fully supportive. Most of them are highly educated. The teaching method is also very good. Courses are somewhat similar to the other university like Mumbai University or any other university but there are some new courses are also available like android specialization, etc.
