Placements: BHU does not provide good on-campus placements, so most students try to find government jobs or try to find their own opportunities. Students who study foreign languages get good placements, but other students have to rely on their own luck.
Placements: Particularly talking about my course, BA doesn't provide any placement as it is a degree-providing course. Mostly, this is related to the subjects you choose for your Masters course. The course is helpful for those who choose to appear for civil services exams.
Placements: In my course, there are no placements possible because it's a Social Science course in which placements don't take place. However, students pursuing this Social Science course can apply for many internships through which they can be hired by companies.
Placements: I'm a student of the geography department. Around 50% of students get placed. The average salary package offered is approximately 6 LPA. Around 80% of students secured internships in companies like Internshala, etc. College provides good guidance to the students.
Placements: We are pursuing a B.A. from Banaras Hindu University assuming campus placements, but there are no direct campus placement opportunities after completion of B.A. We must choose the career field wisely based on our interests to avoid future regrets.
Placements: The course of B.A. hons doesn't guarantee a placement by college Except for some extraordinary students of certain courses which are trending these days be it Economics, etc. Hence, one should be mindful of that fact that placements are not too much promised by this college and this course.
Placements: About 60% of students got placements. The salary package offered is around 3 LPA - 5 LPA. It is received by my senior. Many top companies visit our college to recruit students. Only students' performance impresses them. Our marks do not matter to them. Teachers help students improve their performance.
Placements: Placement conditions are very poor at BHU overall, except for the MBA and LL.B. programs. For other courses, it is almost zero. There is a placement cell, but it is no use. Either pursue higher education or seek opportunities on your own.
Placements: Placements are less in the Bachelor of Arts course. Students with foreign languages, hospitality and tourism, and statistical skills may have a better chance. Placements mainly (here in BHU) are offered for Master's and special course students, such as those in management, hospitality, nursing, medical, vocational, etc.
Placements: Most students don't get placement in my faculty. Top recruiting companies are J.P. Morgan, HSBC, Genpact, IBM, and State Street Barclays. The highest package offered for a student is 4 LPA. If we talk about internships, only 10-20% of students join any internship. Piramal Foundation and TAS are the main internship companies.
Placements: Almost 80-90% of students get placement based on their skills and experience in MANG companies (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, etc.). Also, there are off-campus placements for average students at decent salaries. Internship opportunities are based on your performance.
Placements: I am enrolled in B.A. Hons. in Economics. In my course, the placement percentage is mainly not very high. Only 30 to 40 percent of students get placed and the majority of students opt for higher studies or preparation for government jobs. The highest package offered was 8 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and if we talk about the average package, it is about 5 LPA. About 80 percent of students get internships from my course, mainly in corporate companies. Roles offered are data analyst and economics.
Placements: Close to none placements; if you have placements in your mind, please don't join in here. Though for further higher studies, it is one of the best institutions in India. It has close to no placements or recruitment in at least the Arts Faculty.
Placements: I think, to my knowledge, here is not placement in arts except foreign languages. In foreign languages, some autonomous bodies come here and give an average package for translators. Some students are pursuing internships at other universities across the country that offer below-average B.A. arts.
Placements: As you would expect from a B.A. Course, there are no such placements until you try to get one from your own. But by the name of BHU, you can easily get internships during college. As for the previous batch, many students cleared BPSC, UPSC, SSC, NET, JRF, and other government exams, but speaking about campus placement, only 5-7% of students get (or opt to get) placed. The average package may lie between 120,000 and 300,000 per annum by some good corporate companies for the post of sales person, ...
Placements: There is no placement in the course of BA(Hons) Arts students, but some other courses allow placement at a good annual package. There are no internship programs in my course, so I would like to suggest that you please do something and provide us with some internship programs.
Placements: I did not pursue a technical degree, so there weren't that many opportunities for placement. However, some finance companies like Piramal Financial and Kotak Mahindra did hire some students on a fairly regular basis. In fact, two of my friends joined a finance company in Jhunjhunu district, Rajasthan.
Placements: No good placements have been here, but the students with honors in foreign languages like German, Russian, Chinese and French have very high chances of being placed with a good overall package. The faculty of social science don't have a direct edge but they have good knowledge to use for government exams.
Placements: Honestly, writing the placement of my honours economics is not too good, but the knowledge given by teachers is helping me to study further. But other courses like IIT BHU, IMS placement is good; not many good students are placed and earning a good amount of money.
