    BBA LL.B. - Batch of 2024

The college is having a very good infrastructure and its a green campus and crowded.
Placements: The placement opportunities for law students are very limited. However, the autonomous batch has many placement opportunities available. The top companies that recruit from my college are KPMG, EY, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, and South Indian Bank. These companies only come for placement of autonomous and MBA students, not for law students. The college does not provide any internship opportunities for law students, so we have to find them ourselves.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-equipped with great infrastructure, including a projector in each room. The auditoriums are impressive and there is centralized AC for the comfort of students. The college has Wi-Fi facilities, but it is not always accessible. Additionally, there is a cafeteria on campus, which serves good food, but the prices are not very student-friendly.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and many of them have completed their Ph.D. Even the pass out students from the college get placed as teachers. Although they possess good subject knowledge, some of them struggle with effective teaching methodologies. Nonetheless, they are always willing to help the students.
Other: "The reason I chose this course is because I aspire to become a successful lawyer. I have been passionate about pursuing this course since my childhood. The college conducts numerous events and has a green and crowded campus. The college is always clean and well-maintained."

Honest review about placements and campus life.
Placements: There are only a few firms that are coming for the recruitment. As the college only started in 2017, it is a new college, and thus the placements are not that great yet. There is a placement cell for the support but mostly it is useless as you have to get outside recruitment only.
Infrastructure: The college has the most peaceful and beautiful ambience and well-maintained places to relax and study. The infrastructure of the college is worth appreciating. The college has three canteens and various cuisines to choose from. The hygiene is well maintained and the classes are equipped with nice benches, tables and projectors.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are new and just here for the experience. Faculty members are very supportive but the management of the college is the worst. They do not care much about students grievances and will be of no help. The curriculum is as per the KSLU and thus there is no proper communication to students about the university.

    My college's honest review.
Placements: The placement of the college is not that great; only a few law firms have approached the college so far. The highest package is 2-3 lakhs per annum. There are no top recruiting companies; only boutique law firms approach the college for placements. The percentage of students who get placed is very low, around 5-6%.
Infrastructure: The college provides all the basic resources that can be availed by students. It has a library, sports courts, etc. The infrastructure of the college is also good. The whole campus is green and environmentally friendly. The college also encourages different sports and other events.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is really friendly, except for a few. They treat us very well. The faculty teaches us properly and ensures that the syllabus is completed on time. The college conducts mid-term exams in every semester, and the final semester exam is conducted by the university.

It's not that bad. If we work hard, it will be good for us.
Placements: Very low placement for law students. From our past passout batch, only 3 students got placed. Our college has only been in operation for six years. But for the autonomous college, they are having top placements and almost 50% of the top companies like KPMG, Deloitte, EY, JP Morgan, HDFC, and many banking sectors also come for placement. They also conduct many college intercollegiate fests.
Infrastructure: The college has a greenery-covered campus, hygiene, clean, well-maintained infrastructure, a basketball court and they conduct many intra-college fests. They are always very helpful to students regarding any work-related queries. Our college has a very good basketball team and a dance academy.
Faculty: Well-educated and qualified teachers are there and their depth of knowledge and effective communication skills enhance the quality of education. Most of the teachers are having their Ph.D. done. They are using very good language. They are very friendly and helpful for students.
Other: The college has a very good crowd and connectivity; they conduct lots of moot court activities.

All attractive at the first look.
Placements: Around 40 percent of the recent batch has been placed in banks and legal firms in different legal roles. Firms like Law Veritas and banks such as HDFC Bank are to be noted as popular recruiters that visited the campus and have recruited significant students who have met the criteria of the companies or firms; a few are placed as permanent employees and the other few as temporary employees.
Infrastructure: I am not sure how to really batch these two into one in terms of rating, as the hostels are below satisfactory and the college infrastructure is in fact one of the best, with an extremely eco-friendly and green campus, commendable libraries, moot courts, etc. However, one of the most attractive elements for most of the students who intend to join this college must be the huge green space. Unfortunately, the management does not allow any students to play football or any sport that has to be played there. I am not sure why that is so far away, but that is the case as of now. Talking about canteens, they have three cafeterias at three different junctures of the campus with various stalls; however, the cafeteria in the administrative block is the best, and moreover, it is the latest in its inception.
Faculty: To be honest, most of the faculty there are qualified on paper and in theory; however, when it comes to teaching experience in reality, none of them even come close to being qualified as a teacher in practice, except one or two. However, the principal is a very knowledgeable and highly qualified person. The only problem is the arbitrary use of authority to take reasonable decisions at any time. The same goes with the director, who is not even a law graduate. When it comes to exams, the college is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University, Hubli, and this university struggles to give reasonable marks. Hopefully, as the vice chancellor has been replaced, the management will make better amends.
Other: I chose BBA LL.B. as I wanted to study law regardless of my becoming a lawyer. This college, however, must be appreciated for its fee structure, as it is comparatively cheaper and more expensive. The moot court, library, and infrastructure are of fine quality and will help students build a motivating ambience. The only aspect the college has to improve is managing student grievances regarding management itself. The crowd contains a majority of Keralites, which many might find difficult to get used to, but that shouldn't be a serious concern. The festivals are improving and are getting a grand aura as time goes by, and the ethnic day is one of the best events in the college.

    Overall, the college is fine.
Placements: Students find their placements through the internships they are put into. We also have a placement cell in our college that would help. Every year we have to do an internship which totals up to 5 internships. Work under prominent advocates, judges, and ministry. The placement cell refers students to various internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. I'm not a hostler, but I've heard that the hostel is good. Overall other facilities like medical, sports, etc., are good. Students are divided into 5 houses every year. We conduct annual sports meets with different sports events for all the students.
Faculty: College is very affordable and provides quality education at a much lesser cost. Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. Teaching quality is good. Teachers assist students to learn but it's on them to work and learn by themselves. Do a lot of research and participate in debate and moot court competitions. Also, please publish articles.
