Bangalore University BE Admission 2022
Bangalore University offers its Engineering courses via the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE). The duration for BE is four years. The University also offers a Part-time BE in ME programme which is of a three-year duration. BTech is offered across six specialisations in full-time mode and in one specialisation via part-time mode.
Selection criteria
- Candidates who qualify in Common Entrance Test (CET) /aptitude test conducted by Government of Karnataka are eligible for admission
- Selection is done by KCETÂ counselling conducted by the Karnataka Govt.
- Candidates belonging to Union Territory, Government of India are also admitted to the college by the Central Government
Eligibility criteria:
- BE: A pass in second PUC/ Class 12 or equivalent exam with English as one of the languages with at least 45% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology/ Biology/ Electronics/ Computer (40% for reserved categories)
