Q:   Which entrance exam scores does Bengaluru Central University accept for admission to MBA?

A: 

For admission to the MBA programme at Bengaluru Central University (BCU), they primarily rely on scores from the Karnataka PGCET (Karnataka Postgraduate Common Entrance Test). 

  • CAT (Common Admission Test): Widely accepted and considered a prestigious exam for MBA admissions.

Q:   What are the minimum marks required for MBA at Bengaluru Central University?

Academic Qualifications: You need a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 50%  (45% for SC/ST/Category-I candidates).

A standard college to pursue PGDM.
Placements: lacement reports are really good of this college as college has got NAAC A and NBA aggreditation so it is really good. Mainly marketing placement report is very good and all the other specialisation placements are also very good. They even train the weak students to make them perform well in the interviews and give placement.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good. Every kind of amenities are there. We are given 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats as flats so it is more than just a hostel and anyone will enjoy staying there. Course have NAAC A and NBA accreditation and that's why the value of PGDM course is very high in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and friendly. Any time students ask them for anykind of help they are there. Even if someone is in trouble late night they are reachable at that time also. Total of 3 exams are taken for PGDM and Exams are conducted by AICTE so ultimately the value of the exams is so high.

Nice college would join here.
Placements: Many people got placed in this college. Around 60-70% of students got placements. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA. Kotak Mahindra, Telecom, banks, sales, and marketing companies visit the college for interviews and placements. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is a canteen on the terrace. The open space helps us feel fresh. There are many events like sports. We have to go to another college. Fair and Samskurthi are the main events in this college. A lot of events are happening as per the students' interest.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and qualified. They are still trying to make us more forward and updated in our studies. They help us a lot in exams. Semester exams are not very difficult so anyone can pass. It is easy to score above 7 CGPA. There are curriculum activities.
Other: The campus is mainly surrounded by a lot of food stalls. It is very near so that they can rush out of college. Stationary things are available nearby.

It is overall good, but could be better.
Placements: Not yet passed; will give information when passed out; recommended college overall. No package has been given yet. I do not know the top companies for the course. The top package said to be given is 9 lacs. For an internship, you will have to search for yourself. Overall, it is a decent college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and is being developed. The quality of food in the hostel is not very good; sports and games could be difficult as the ground is very small, and the campus is also very small. Medical facilities are good.
Faculty: Semester exams are done for this trimester; hopefully they will get good marks, which could be improved. The schedule is hectic but you will get better after college for sure. You will be given good placement after it.
Other: Nice.

Basically in our college there are good placements from top companies.
Placements: In our College, above 500 students are placed in the BCA course and the highest package is 120,000, the lowest package is 300,000 and the average package is 600,000 offered in our course. Top companies are IT company, Accenture, TATA company, Omega Healthcare, First Source, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course or department are like Wi-Fi facility, computer labs, sports instruments, classrooms, and a library for reading. In the hostel, they will provide good quality and nutritious food for the students. They will provide three members per room in the hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are very friendly with the students and they will support in reading/studies in college. They will provide good, qualified, and knowledgeable education for the students. There is no difficulty in the semester exams in this college because they will provide good quality education for the students.

Good facilities, but limited. Hostel facility is fair and food is average.
Placements: 80 percent of the students were placed this year. The highest package is INR 40 lacs. The lowest package is INR 14 lacs, and the average package is INR 20 lacs. The top recruiting companies are Coromandel Bank of Kotak, Mahindra Syngenta, etc. The roles offered in our course are HR, business analytics, marketing, agribusiness, etc.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi, good infrastructure, and highly qualified staff are there. The college provides bus facilities for students. Good classrooms and libraries, and providing a hostel for the students with good food and good facilities in the hostel. There is a separate hostel for boys and girls.
Faculty: In IIBS, the faculty is highly classified. The teachers are very knowledgeable. They are very friendly with students. They are guiding the students in a well-mannered way, which helps the students in their placements. The exams are very helpful for the students.
Other: IIBS is the best college to choose for PGDM.

Average satisfaction because of faculty, placement, internships and good infrastructure.
Placements: Placement is not good in the B.Sc. rehabilitation science, psychology, and sociology department; according to my knowledge, there is 0 placement, but other departments like B.Com. and BCA have average placement. Students from abroad join our college too; it's really a good opportunity to explore and learn a lot.
Infrastructure: Honesty, I wish I could give 0 stars. There are CCTV's everywhere, and the library has course books and novels that are very useful. Other than that, nothing is good about this college. I've been to the lab only in the 1st year; after that, they don't take us to the lab, and practical exposure is very poor. There is NO HOSTEL, and the canteen is affordable, and timings have to be followed. The quality of the food is above average. One very good quality of this college is they help students who need help with the midday meal program (school block as well as college block).
Faculty: It depends on the individual lecturers; some are really good and some just take class for the sake of taking class; no proper internship for psychology; for rehabilitation science, an industrial visit; and 2 internships are provided. Semester exams are quite easy; the pass percentage in our department is around 95-97%. If you are a person who totally depends on faculty, then this college isn't for you. Self-study plays an important role in any college.
Other: This course is one of the best courses that has scope abroad as well as in India. This course teaches various aspects of human mind and body; this is a very necessary course for future India. Campus life was amazing; we have many festivals and intercollegiate competitions and sports meets, awareness programs, inclusive education, and lots of volunteer work that is truly enjoyed by students and facilities. The other departments have the best teachers, placements, and internships. As our department is a growing field right now, placement and internship opportunities are a bit less.
