BHU UET BCom (Hons) Application Form 2023, Registration: Know How to Apply

Candidates must keep with them two types of documents. The details are as follows:

Documents for reference

• Id card
• Email Id
• Mobile number
• Official certificates for filling correct address, category, and other details in the form

Documents to upload

• Recent passport size photograph
• Signature

The candidates have to check their eligibility before they apply for their course via BHUUET 2023. Candidates must check their eligibility before they proceed to apply for the exam.

Here we have described the steps to complete the BHU UET 2023 registration process.

Step 1: Registration

• To register candidates have to enter details like their name, their parent’s name. Your date of birth, gender, Identity card type, and Id card number. Thereafter, fill in the present address.

• Then, create a password of your choice. The password must be a combination of Upper case, lower case, number and special character.
• Enter the security pin shown and then click on ‘submit’.
• Review the information once and check all particular checklists. Check the declaration and then click on the ‘final submit' button.
• You are then redirected to the dashboard, where they can check their auto-generated application number. Note it down.

Step 2: Fill out the online application form

• Some of the details in the application form will be pre-populated from details submitted during the registration.
• But some details will have to be filled in like parent’s mobile number, nationality, state of residence, category, EWS reservation needed or not, PWD status, Sports quota requirement, Annual family income, Religion, Blood group, Employee ward of BHU or not.
• Next, you have to carefully select their BHU CUET paper. One can apply for multiple papers. Select from the available list in the form.
• Next, select the exam city preference. One can select 4 cities in order of preference.

• Then enter the security pin and click on the ‘submit’ button.
• You will be asked to review the details filled one last time. Check all details in the particulars checklist and check the declaration. Then click on the ‘final submit' button.

Step 3: Upload the scanned images

• Upload the scanned images of the photo and signature. Adjust the images if needed and upload. The images to be uploaded must be as per the specifications only or else the upload will be unsuccessful.
• After uploading the images, enter the security pin and click on the ‘submit’ button.

Step 4: Pay the application fee

•  Click on ‘pay the examination fee’ to complete the payment process. Select an online payment. Then select the preferred payment gateway and proceed to payment. Complete the transaction.

Step 5: Download the confirmation page

• Once the fee payment is successful, the dashboard opens. Here the option to download the confirmation page can be seen. This indicates that the form has been submitted successfully.
• Download and keep the page for your reference.

NTA closed BHU CUET 2023 application form correction window on April 3, 2023. The correction were to be done online only after logging into respective accounts. No requests accepted for correction via post/fax/emails.

Most of the fields in the online application form is available for editing only, and it is one time opportunity, further chances to correct any details will not be provided. The official notification stated, "The candidates are allowed to make the corrections, latest by 03 April 2023 (up to 11:50 P.M.). Thereafter, no correction in particulars, whatsoever, will be entertained by NTA under any circumstances. The additional fee (wherever applicable) shall be paid by the candidate concerned either through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI."

The changes allowed in the application form are:

Candidates must keep in mind the below points while filling out the BHU UET 2023 application form.

1. The Candidates should fill in their complete postal address with a PIN Code for further correspondence.
2. Candidates must make sure that the phone number and email id provided while registration is the candidate’s own and is valid.
3. Online Application Form cannot be withdrawn once it is submitted successfully.
4. Application Form of candidates who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria shall be rejected
5. The Candidates are not required to send/ submit the confirmation page of the Online Application Form to the NTA.

Once the application form is filled out, candidates must make sure that they retain the following things with them

• At least four printouts of the Confirmation Page of the Online Application Form.
• Proof of fee paid.
• 6 to 8 photographs (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form).
• The name on the photo identification must match the name as shown on the Admit Card. If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage, the candidate must show the relevant document at the time of exam like Marriage Certificate / Divorce / Decree / Legal Name Change Document.
