Placements: Campus placements are very poor here. I secured 72% aggregate in my engineering, but I didn't get placed because, in 2019, Carn Energy visited our college, but it had put some so-called eligibility criterion to attend placements. They selected students based on 10th and 12th class academic percentage but not on graduate percentage. So, I only denied a chance of placement. But there were some other friends who didn't even get a chance to attend interviews.

Placements: Almost half of the students from our course got placed. Infosys and TCS are some of the companies which visit here every year for placements. A lot of students don't get placed every year, so I suggest you not to expect good placements from this college. However, if you work hard and consistent, then you will get a job.

Placements: Last year 120 out of 160 students got placed from IT related branches in prestigious companies. But this year the scene is totally different. There have been no placements till now from our college and not a single company has come to offer placements this year.

Placements: There are no placements till now this year, and any companies did not visit here for recruitment this year. Last year approximately 120 students out of 160 got recruited in good legit companies. But this year we have not been given a single opportunity for recruitment.

Placements: In civil engineering, there were no placements in the previous year. However, companies like L&T, etc., had visited our college for placements in 2015. But most of the students want to opt for government jobs and IAS, while others prepared for competitive exams, so many of them refused to attend the interview. Many students opted for the internship in IIRS Outreach Programme.

Placements: Few students got placement at the college. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Many companies are interested in visiting our college for placements, but our college does not provide any facilities for people of companies. All the students do an internship at the college. The college gives many offers.

Placements: In our branch, placements are not up to the mark. Only 2 to 3 companies visited here to recruit civil engineers. Most of the companies are from Jaipur. The average salary package offered for a fresher civil engineer is around 3 LPA. In our previous batch passed out in 2018, 3 students got placed with a salary package of 3-3.4 LPA.

Placements: Placements are low in our college. The highest salary package offered in the mechanical course was 6.8 LPA by Cairn Energy in 2019 for 3 students. Almost 50% of the students from our course get an internship every year from their own efforts in different companies. Only 10% of the students from our course get placed every year.

Placements: The training and placement cell in Government Engineering College, Ajmer is quite active, and it focuses majorly on placements of all final year students. Many top companies visit our college for placements, so overall working of the placement cell is good. Rest everything is also good for students.

Placements: Around 65 to 70% of the students are placed every year from the CS branch, and companies which used to visit here are all service-based companies. This college is average if you want only to do engineering.

Placements: Placements are moderate in our college, and Vedanta core company visit our college for placements as a top recruiter and offers a salary package of 6.5 LPA and a stipend of 30, 000 per month for internships. Top recruiters for engineering are Vedanta and some insurance companies. As it is a government college, it provides funds from TEQIP. Almost 30% of the students do internships in industries like Tata Steel, BHEL, etc.

Placements: Almost 25% students of final year CS & IT got placed from college. The highest salary package offered was almost 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.3 LPA. Till February 2020 recruiting companies which visited our college were Capgemini, Synoriq and Sopra Steria. Placements: In my batch more than 10 students are selected in different companies. The highest salary is 5 lacs offered by CINIF tchnist company and the lowest salary offered 2.20 lacs by tata motors and other and about 20 to 30% student get training in our special branch control instrumentation.

Placements: Best placements were provided by the college previously. But now the percentage of placements keep fluctuating every year. College is not very good at campus placements, but if you are looking for a job in a software company, then you will surely be getting it. CSE students get placements in most of the companies which visit the college. As a result, other branches students lag in getting good placements.

Placements: None of the students from our branch got placed. All the seniors have to try for government jobs only. The top recruiter for our course is TCS. Roles offered in our course varies from a clerk to IAS officers. The highest salary package offered in our course was 9 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered can be 2 LPA. The highest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month, the average salary offered is Rs. 12,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 8,000 per month. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2 LPA. From other branches, about 15% of the students got placed. The highest salary package is offered in mechanical branch, i.e., around 6 LPA. Salary packages offered ranges from 1.5 LPA to 6 LPA. The highest package is 15 lac got by CSE student in IBM company.
