Candidates who claim reservation against such quota must also personally appear with all the supporting documents in original at the Office Chamber of the Secretary, Faculty Council (Arts etc. ).

It looks impossible get direct admission in University of Burdwan. You should appear in JEE Mains or WB JEE like entrance exam and also get 45% minimum in Class 12th Board.

No, University of Burdwan doesn't provides any full scholarship for students but students can get Fee Waiver (FW) who have home state domicile and family income less than INR 1.5 Lakhs.
You can get some discount by sports quota.

No. For taking admission in University of Burdwan, you must appear for JEE Mains or WBJEE. Without these exams you can't get admission in B.E. / B.Tech courses.
