Placements: In this college, none of the students is selected. Placement is too bad for the students. Our principal is not co-operative. It's very harmful to do BBA. But the honours section is good. Many people got placed in government service. But BBA and BCA students did not get placed after the courses in this college.

Placements: The placement is not up to the mark. The college does not have the great connection with the companies. On campus, placement is not at all good. The students mainly depend on pool campus placements. 20-30 percent students have been placed with the help of college, and the average salary may not be better than 2 lacs per annum. Mainly, the placement is getting worse after the year 2015.

Placements: The condition of placement is very bad. Only 2 small companies visited the college and recruited very few students. There is no placement officer. The college authority is very irresponsible about students' future. There are no good teachers to teach. If you have money, then the college will provide facilities, else it doesn't provide.

Placements: The placement is not as per expectations. Very few companies provide on-campus placements and very few students are selected. Others have to pursue job hunting all by themselves. The college authority is indifferent about the future of students. The training and placement cell is inactive. The highest salary offered by TCS, the only MNC to come for placements, was 3-3.2 lacs PA. I even saw companies offering 6,000 for B.E students in our college.

Placements: I got placed in Cognizant Technology Solutions via off-campusing. There are not many opportunities on the campus. Only TCS came and took a handful of students. Hardly any students (5-6% percent) get placed through on-campusing; most of them go for off-campusing.

Placements: Placements were quite good in our previous batches at around 70%. But now there is no experienced "training and placement officer" and therefore in our batch around 30-40 students were placed only. Luckily I am one of those placed students. Most of the placements were from CSE and IT departments. The percentage of students from core branch being placed is very less and they are also placed in software companies. Placements: From our previous batch (2016 pass-out batch), 70-80% seniors were placed by the major recruiter Tata Consultancy Services (known as TCS). But in our batch (2017 passed-out), it has decreased to only 20-30% as there was no proper "Training and Placement Officer" and TCS did not come in for on-campus recruitment. Placements: Only TCS came for placement and selected only 5 people. One other company came for placement. The students from other branches remained unplaced. There was no TPO in the college. There was no internship offered. Moreover, they did not provide any information about off-campus placements which happened in other colleges.

Placements: Placements are not good. Though it was okay a couple of years back, last year there was some tiff with a mass recruiter firm and thus placements went from okay to very poor. This year too, it doesn't seem good. Again, the %age of students getting internships is also not good, as the authorities are way too casual about these things. Though, last year, the highest stipend provided was 5.8 LPA but it was just for a couple of students.

Placements: Placements were fine during our time. Multiple companies visited and the maximum of students in my department got placed. Among companies TCS, Tech Mahindra and Huawei did on-campus placements with TCS hiring in bulk. The highest package offered was by Huawei at around 7 LPA.

Placements: I would say that the training and placement cell of our college is below average. The college and especially the training and placement cell are responsible for providing industry exposure to the students, UIT, BU (University Institute of Technology, Burdwan University) has completely failed when it comes to prepare students for interviews and bring in good product-based organisations for recruitment. Placements: The placement record is not so good but not so bad. It's average. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Jhonson Control, Huawei and many companies visited in the last few years and many of my seniors were placed but the salaries provided are average. Placements: The placement status was average. Being placed in a good IT company, I will not say that the placement is not good, but it was average. Companies were quite good and were loaded with a large number of opportunities. Good companies like TCS, Cognizant participated in campus placements also including Indian Army, Indian Navy etc.

Placements: Placement has always been an issue with UIT, BU. In fact, it is going worse with the time. In my final year, only TCS visited for on-campusing and hardly any other such companies came. Even campusing for core departments is a day-dream. They arranged such pool interviews where the chances for selection is very minimum as compared to the students of other colleges. Placements: As this college is situated very far from Kolkata and it is typically a degree college to complete your graduation in any stream, forget about any campus placements or any kind of industry exposure from here. You need to just come, complete your graduation here in a nice ambience which is absolutely perfect for study, take your degree and go home.

Placements: Placements are near about 5-10%. Companies which visit the campus provide packages worth Rs 1-1.5 lakh. No mass recruiter like TCS, CTS, Accenture visits the campus. Placements have been deteriorating for the last 2-3 years. The college authorities do not provide any sort of internship to leading companies or even start-ups.

Placements: Before 2014, the placement records were quite decent. But after 2014, it has decreased steeply to almost zero. Mass recruiters like TCS do not come here anymore. The core departments like civil and electrical get almost zero placements, but CSE and IT get some placements. Do not come here if placements are your topmost priority.

Placements: Year by year, the percentage of the students placed is increasing. Almost 85% students were placed in 2013. IBM, L&T Infotech, Tech Mahindra and many other companies hired students from various disciplines. Highest salary was around 4.8 L.P.A and average was 3 lakh p.a. All the students had undergone internship.

Placements: We were the fourth batch of BE in civil engineering. The first batch that passed out had over 90% of placements (on and off-campus included), but later on, as the batches started moving out, the placement record decreased.
