The library of riverside transit campus at Padannakad acts as a central library for the central university of Kerala. the library is well equipped with facilities and services such as fully air-conditioned and automated environment, Wi-Fi network in the University Library, free Internet access to all, UGC-Infonet, online journal access in the libraries and departments, inter-library loan, video show, reprographic service, article alert, group mail, locker, drinking water facility, and Web OPAC.
- Hostel
The Central University of Kerala has four (2 for Girls and 2 for Boys) transit hostels available for Padannakad Campus. Seats will be allotted on merit basis on a first come-first serve basis. The hostels run their own mess on sharing basis and the menu is decided by the students themselves on consensus. Sports and Recreation facilities are provided in the hostels.
