    The Central Institution of Punjab (CUP) is a government institution in Bhatinda. CUP, founded in 2009, is recognised by the UGC and awarded an 'A+' rating by the NAAC. The university is also regarded as one of the top 100 universities in India. Central University of Punjab provides research-oriented Master's and PhD programs in the fields of science, technology, humanities, law, and social science.

    As per the latest cutoff information, registration for CUET PG 2024 is already open, and applications must be submitted by January 24, 2024. In addition, the exam for the CUET PG will take place from March 11, 2024, to March 28, 2024. The last cutoff for MBA in Agri Business Management, CUET-PG 2021, was closed at 278. A minimum Central University of Punjab cutoff score of 239 was required for the general category students.

    Hi dear students.

    The Central University of Punjab (CUP) requires a minimum score of 239 for general category students to be admitted to MBA programs in 2023. For other MBA programs, students should check the official CUP website. The overall CUET-PG cutoff for 2023 is 87–245 marks.

    The cutoff for PG courses like MA Political Science, MA Psychology, MBA Agribusiness, and MA International Relations and Political Science ranges from 270–230 to 280–240. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade. For SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD, the minimum is 50%. Candidates must also appear for the CUCET entrance exam for the academic year.

    CUPB has very good infrastructure and well-educated faculty members.
    Placements: In the senior batch, most of the students got placed in very good companies with good packages. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Crystal Crop, V Grow, etc., visit the campus. Management trainee is the post at the starting of the joining.
    Infrastructure: Our college provides good infrastructure. There are well-furnished libraries with a great collection of books in a huge quantity. Labs are well-designed for students and Ph.D. scholars. Classrooms are in digital mode. They are fully air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is good in hostels as well as in academic areas. CCTV cameras are available in the campus area.
    Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and very helpful. The course makes students ready for the industry. Exams are held according to the schedule. The course curriculum is relevant and according to the topic. Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also very nice.

    Q:   Which entrance exam scores does Central University of Punjab accept for admission to MBA?

    Hi dear students.

    The Central University of Punjab (CUP) accepts the CUCET entrance test scores for admission to its MBA program. The university also accepts CUET-PG scores for admission to its MBA and PGDM programs. 

    The university admits students to its MBA programme once a year. Admission is based on the CUCET entrance test results, followed by CUP counseling. The university offers only Masters and PhD programs. Admission to most of its PG courses is based on the CUCET entrance exam. 

    CUCET Exam score followed by a round of personal interview are the basis of admission to postgraduate courses including MA, M.Sc., M. Ed., M.Com, LLM, MBA. Candidates must produce a score of GATE exam followed by counselling process.
