I would suggest, go to Pune than to come here.

Placements: It is a government college but has no placements. The college management is very poor, and I have heard that 4-5 year ago, some companies have arrived for the placements, but our college didn't even serve them properly for the tea, breakfast or lunch. They don't come now. All the students have a mindset for no placements, but they don't have any future planning. They study for the pointer, but I don't think that anyone realises that the placements are nearly 1 %.

Life in BATU is much challenging and the faculty is helpful.

Placements: On-campus placements are poor, but most of the students get the job through off-campus. Some of the past recruiters have been JSW, Cognizant, IBM etc. Most of the students try for higher studies like M.Tech, MS. Also, since the university has been deemed the status of central university hopefully, the placement records will go high in the coming years. Remote location from metropolitan cities, poor connectivities, temporary placement cells are the probable reasons for the poor placements. ...

In 2017, the placements and faculty are good and I am satisfied with my college.

Placements: The placements are good with the good package in companies of Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore. The placement officers with the high experience train the students how to attend the interview and aptitude sections.

The college is good in teaching and all the other facilities, but the account section is not well.

Placements: In this college, we didn't see any good placement. A few people got selected for the campus interview for the multinational company. However, the college does arrange the campus interview every year, but only 1-2 are MNCs. So, they should bring the number of MNCs so the opportunity for the students can be increased.

A great place for academics, learning, and the overall development of your personality

Placements: The placement scenario is okayish. Mostly, IT and mechanical companies come to the campus. There are manual off-campus opportunities and the college has its own reputation all around. The college needs to work on the placement scenario as other private colleges are doing well.

Success depends on your choices. Be wise to choose and dare to accept your choices.

Placements: It would not be wise to aim for the placement if you are getting into BATU. Last year, 5 students from chemical engineering got placed with average no more than 4 lakhs yearly package. I would recommend you to aim for the higher studies and get a good job rather than going for a job having less salary and possibility too. However, the chemical engineering department in terms of internships, I would say that it offers the significant opportunities for internships after the second and third year o...

Considering a government college, it is worth the money but needs many changes in all aspects

Placements: Being a state university, placements can be more from this campus. But in reality, placements are very less. 10 years ago, the placement was very nice. But now, it is nothing in comparison to the past and there are no internships conducted here.

An average college for civil engineering.

Placements: Overall, the placements of our college are less compared to other government colleges of Maharashtra. Especially the civil department has very less percent of placement since last 2 years compared to all other departments of our college. The packages are offered mostly between 2-3 lacs per annum.

Good faculty for the batch 2015.

Placements: The college has a separate training and placement department. This department invites the companies for placement process which are available for the final year graduates. Most of the companies which are coming for placement are IT companies which provide the role as the system engineer. The percentage of students got placed is decreased as compared to previous years (there may be several reasons for that).

I am not satisfied with the college, because of the bad placements in the college.

Placements: The placement in the college is very good. Only some software and electronic companies visit the college for recruitment. Most of our seniors don't get placed in the college. But last year, some core company of the mechanical department visited the college and recruited some of the students. The average salary offered is about Rs. 2.5 lakhs. The students have to do an internship on their own.

Placements: The placements available for our senior batch are high. 75 percent students got placements. The lowest salary offered was 25 thousand, and highest offered was 90 thousand. Major companies are mostly visited like Tata and Bajaj company, and the manager role is offered. The students got internship and highest stipend is 25 thousand, and lowest is 10 thousand.

Placements: The placements of our college are very weak or poor, hardly 5-6 students of each class are placed. Only 10-15% students are placed. A few companies visited the college. The students do all arrangments related to gathering on Shivajayanti, Ambedkar Jayanti. 5-10% of the students got internships from the college. The minimum salary of Rs. 10,000-15000 and the average starting salary of Rs. 20,000-30,000 are offered.

Placements: The university offers the best placements. There are lots of students placed by many companies in this university. Many companies have interested in this university because now this is the state university. This brings companies for the students. Every department has a separate cell of training and placement.

Placements: Placements are bit of an issue as the percentage of placed students is quite less. The average salary offered was around 3.5 Lacks per annum. The companies that visited for recruitment include Technoforce, Maxwell, palladium, 3d PLM, Rajasthan Powergen transformer Pvt. If not planning for a job, but for higher studies, then go for it.

Placements: Dr BATU has very low placement records. It doesn't have a full-time training and placement head. From electrical engineering department, only 5-6 students were placed. The companies visiting the campus have dropped down since the establishment. Students that were already placed are hardly getting packages of 4-5 lakh per annum.

DBATU - Developing personalities.

Placements: The placement scenario is not satisfactory. Only 10-15% of the students placed by the campus interview. As it is a rural area, it affected the placements, but now as it became a state-affiliated university, the placements might improve. From the last few years persistence, Palladium, 3 DPLM, Sudarshan Chemicals, Torrent Power, Berger paints, JSW, Rajasthan Powergen Transformer Pvt. Life of DBATU is very interesting, and one should live it.

Placements: The placements were poor at the time of the 2017 graduating batch. But now, it's become steady. Since the college is located outside of major cities, the companies are not willing to come too long. However, chemical, petrochemical, electrical, and mechanical branch placements are good. In case of CSE and IT, the placements didn't occur as expected, and after our batch, the placements are becoming better each day.

Perfect place for learning survival techniques. Improvisation is needed as soon as possible.

Placements: The placement rate is average for almost all the branches of engineering. Hardly 15 to 20 graduates get the opportunities to work in various industries through campus recruitments every year. The placements for mechanical, electrical, IT and computer engineering are average. The university campus is surrounded by many chemical industries which makes the placement rate a bit better for chemical and petrochemical engineering students. The average package offered to the students was 2 LPA to 4 LPA.

State university - Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.

Placements: One of the worse sides of the university. Hardly 10 to 15 students get placements out of 75 students. No company does try to come in this forest land and do a favour to the job aspirants. The best years for campus recruitment were academic years 2010-13 when almost 40 students out of 70 used to be placed in every year.
