College is well-reputed and located in a posh area. Great placements.
Placements: This college has great placements and mini-big companies like KPMG, Trident, etc., come for recruitment. The highest salary package offered is 14 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. This college takes the placements very seriously and most of the students get recruited.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great but the only thing is people applying for hostel is around Rs. 5,000. Students getting placed in the hostel through college is 700. A lot of students don't got placed in the hostel. But if one got placed in the hostel of the college then we can enjoy a lot of facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and very knowledgeable most of them has completed the MBA course from very well-known colleges and universities. A lot of them are pursuing CA or law degrees. They also help our student even if it is not related to studies so the faculty members are great.
Other: Many different courses like BMS, BBA, BAF, etc. There are around 25 societies in hindi college. Society has its own specific fest sum of the fest names are as follows Jallosh, Dhun, Rainbow Lane, etc. There is both inter-collegee and intra-college fest in Sydenham.

Absolutely satisfied, worth it.
Placements: For admission, 65% of students are also capable of admission. The minimum package is 15.24 LPA and the maximum is 26.30 LPA. Companies like JPMC, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, etc. B.Sc. Luxury Brand and Retail Management is implemented this year (2024-25). Top roles like KPMG, Infosys, Deloitte, and so on.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are quite big, but the thing is, BBI courses do not have infrastructure as much as BMS students, who are getting better infrastructure than BBI courses. The library is too small, and there is no place to read or learn something. But there are vast collections of books since 1950, though I haven't seen that many books. The canteen is 10/10; the rate of food is very affordable. Wi-Fi is okay. Labs are quite good.
Faculty: Teachers are very good; they are so kind and calm, and ready to explain to students for the millionth time. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready. As per the new NEP, internals passing marks are 50%, and external marks are 50%. Internals are quite hard; it's not that easy to pass, and you have to work hard.
Other: I chose this course because I want to start my career in banking. After a lot of research, I found that Sydenham College is good and reputed. Also, the fees are quite affordable compared to any other college. Till now, in BBI, there is a society of BBI where each and every student has to be a part so that everyone can show their talents, hard work, and passion, which helps to build confidence in them. Yes, I am a part of it. I'm in the events team, and every student gets a chance to be the HOD or VHOD, which includes a small interview with the chairperson, vice-chairperson, and core members, and they are very sweet. Our most grand event is Concord.

Review of Sydenham College.
Placements: Around 40%-50% of students got placed. Every year in January, around 30 companies visit our college including some big companies like KPMG, SBI TRIDENT, etc., The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA for the students who got placed. Sydenham College is well known for its placement.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is not as good as expected. It has one building that too very old and feels like a haunted house. It has a Gymkhana, where we have 3 games to play i.e., carrom, chess, and table tennis. Library of our college is very peaceful and we can study there for hours.
Faculty: Faculty of the college is not so good but most of the professors are very helpful. Also, they give importance to extracurricular activities which help students to grow in all fields. Examination of the college is not that tough. It is moderate.

College life near Marine drive.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Com in this college. This college provides a very good placement in top companies like Deloitte, TCS etc. Number of students are getting internship and placements as well through the Sydenham placement cell. It provides roles in the field of accounting, taxation, auditing etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good like it includes Libraries, laboratories, aur conditioned classrooms, canteens, stationery, Gymkhana etc. They conduct intercollege sports competitions and events like brouhaha, jalosh and many more.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very qualified and helpful. They solve the doubts of students irrespective that the doubt is silly or difficult. This course curriculum is relevant for students having interest in the field of accounting, taxation and auditing. There are 6 semesters and also the admission is quite quick and easy.

Placements: The number of placements offered by this college is higher than what you would find at most other colleges. The highest package was around 8 Lacs, and the lowest was around 6 Lacs.
