Placements: The placements were good. The percentage of recruitment was more than average. A decent package was offered to students according to their respective courses. Accounts executive was the top role offered by the recruiter to one of the students.
Placements: Elphinstone College is under Dr. Homi Baba University. Above 50% of students get placed in the bachelor's of commerce course. We get optional courses only in the second and third years. The placements are not guaranteed by the same companies every year, as new companies come here for recruitment every year.
Placements: Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics is a government college, and it is one of the first colleges of commerce in Asia. It is one of the most popular colleges. Students require a minimum of 80% in academics to get admission to this college. The environment of the college is good.
Placements: Placements were not good for all students. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Persistent, Rsl issues job to only 20-30 students. Some companies reject students all the time. If students were looking only for bachelor degree, I would not recommend students to take admission in this college.
Placements: There were no placements in this college for B.Com. There should be one but not in this college. More companies would visit our campus to hire students. If colleges treat students good, then they will refer other new upcoming students to enroll in this college.
Placements: Almost 25%-30% of students get placements easily with good grades and performance based on educational marks. Many very well-known companies visit here for placements with negotiable salary packages. Overall, it's a great opportunity for students to get placements with a good salary package.
Placements: Many companies visit our college for placement. This college had a good name in the past, and it maintains its standard consistently. Companies like Deloitte, Amazon, etc., and other financial and non-financial companies visit the college for placements. From intern to a higher level of jobs are offered to students depending on their work experience.
Placements: Not really sure about percentage but I can say it's really a good amount of students that were placed in the previous year. From various industries and supreme giant companies that contributing a huge towards their industry like Accenture, EY, Capgemini, ICICI, IDFC, Crisil, Amway, HDFC LIFE, ITC are some of the recruiter.
Placements: As I have just completed my first year of B.Com from Sydenham College, my studies have been conducted through the online method. Many placements have been offered by the placement cell of this college through WhatsApp messages. Many students have applied for the placements offered. About 5-6 students have applied for them and got placed.
Placements: Placements are good in Sydenham College, but I currently do not have much information about it. This is my last year, then I will get to know properly about placements. Once I sit for placements, I can say about placements in our college.
Placements: From our course, the majority of the students are pursuing other courses, or preparing for competitive exams. Normally, for security purpose, they pursue B.Com. Nowadays, most of the students will start doing jobs after completing their course. So, pursuing B.Com is good for graduation purpose.
Placements: Companies which visit our college for placements are good, and there are more offers for students of finance and marketing major. Very few companies visit here for human resource major. Moreover, few companies offer internships here, or students have to search for them on their own.
Placements: This college has approximately 5 sections ABCDE for each year depending upon which subject you choose. So there are quite a lot of campus placement which take place in Sydenham. Crisil, JLL, CARE, are some well-known firm which can hire students. Apart from B.Com, this college offers BAF, BMS and other courses also.
Placements: Almost 80% of the students in our college were placed. In our college, all big 4s and top MNCs recruit. Big 4s like PWC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte, and MNCs like Microsoft, IBM, P&G, and many more along with top Indian companies visit here for recruitment of students.
Placements: There are no that much good placements, and around 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Bar, ICCL, Kotak Bank, IDFC, Motilal, etc., are the top recruiters of our course. Operational, sales and researcher roles are offered here. Placements: Above 85% of the students took admissions in Sydenham for BMS. The salary packages offered in our college depend on the internships did in your three years and also the academics. Top recruiting companies of our course are E&Y, Infosys, Google, Paytm, Godrej, etc. The top roles offered in our course start from the marketing, finance, HR executive manager. Placements: Almost 80-90% of the students get placed here with attractive packages. We have companies like ENY, Wipro, Savage and Palmer and many more. Also the college has internship programs offered to students during college for summer. A lot of students opt for the internships and get some experience to excel their final placements.
Placements: Around 55% of students were placed from my college and I personally don't know about the salary offered to them and even we're not allowed to disclose this information. Recruiters like Integron, KPMG, etc. were the main players. Interns have good exposure with our recruiters.
Placements: Our college offers good placements for self financial courses. Our faculty members also had a good approach to placements. Overall, this is a good college to recommend to others. A lot of good companies visit the campus and conduct interviews every year. Overall, this is a good experience to be a part of this college. Our faculty members support the students if there is an issue with attendance.
Placements: Companies like Wipro, Media.net, Parmenter and Savage, and Terence Lewis Dance Academy, etc., visit here to hire students. You can also visit the placement cell of Sydenham for more information as they organise a career fair in the college every year. The college provides good opportunities for students. Many companies offer good packages, and the placement cell members are also very helpful.
