I am dissatisfied with the infrastructure and food services.

Placements: A good number of companies visited the campus for placements. The college also conducted a career summit with various companies to give job opportunities for the students. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month. Around 20 students were placed from our college. Various students were offered different profiles.

It is the best place to get an education.

Placements: I got a good placement opportunity in the accounting sector in Puma Chain. Even the salary package offered was good. We got the placement opportunities on-campus organised by our college. Even many MNCs visited the campus for placements. Many of my friends were offered good salary packages.

I am satisfied because of the facilities and faculty members in the college.

Placements: Placement opportunities provided to the students in our college are average. Around 63% of the students were placed last year. The highest package offered to a student was 12 LPA, and the average package offered was about 4 LPA. Mainly, telecommunication and banking companies offer placements.

Right place for no attendance issues.

Placements: For B.Com we did not have any placements back then in 2015. Internship offers had just begun. As far as I remember, firms like KPMG and a few banks had offered associate internship roles. Stipend offered should be around Rs. 7000-8000. No placement cell in place.

The college is very good, and it is one of the famous colleges in South Mumbai.

Placements: There was no such college which arranges placements for B.Com students. For B.Com students, they don't arrange campus recruitment. It is only for MBA students and other streams like BMS, etc. I think they should arrange placements for B.Com students.

The faculty and placements in our college are good, but the infrastructure is average.

Placements: Talking about my batch, since we were in the third year, no one got placed through college placements yet. In our senior batches, most of the students got placed in better and good companies. The pictures of students with contact number and names have placed on the notice boards. The salary package offered to placed students depends on their field only. If you were a B.Com pass out student, then according to their capabilities, it is decided, but on an average, the placed students got salary aro...

The campus is simply awesome. The campus selection, facilities and activities are the best.

Placements: The placement opportunity is much high, and many well-known companies visit the campus for selection. Approximately, the placement percentage is about 50-60%, because most of the students belongs to CA professions so they can not take part in campus interview. This is the oldest college in Mumbai, and some known companies will also come for BMS and MBA.

My college is very good in terms of faculty, placement, infrastructure and other facilities.

Placements: The placements are very awesome in this college. Many companies like PwC, Times of India, Stockholding India, E&Y, Godrej and Boyce came to give final placements to students. The package offered by these companies are also high like 3.5L pa for the first year, and then, promotion after 1 year of training.

I am satisfied with my college and faculty.

Placements: The placements were quite good with a salary of Rs 5000 per month, but there was less percent of students involved in placements. We have a placement cell in our college, and it's useful for many students so that they get informed about internships by various companies.

It is not the best college but most preferable college in Mumbai.

Placements: The placements were conducted only once for our batch, and the company that conducted placements was Capital First. 10% of the students were selected, but it is obvious that only the best get selected. The placement cell is pretty useful as it helps to draft CVs, and also it mentors the students along the way.

Satisfied with the campus, as there are no mandatory attendance criteria.

Placements: The campus placements are average, and no students enrol for it as no proper placements opportunities are available. Moreover, jobs from some big 4 companies are offered, but only to the rankers, so, all in all, I would say it is not that good for placements.

Absolutely satisfied with the college and faculty. Good placements in the 2015 batch.

Placements: The placements were good enough to give you great scope in future. The students who were placed were only 10%. The highest package of salary was in the sales and marketing department of the company, which was Rs. 8.50 LPA. The average package was related to the post of a manager/supervisor, which was Rs. 5 LPA. The lowest package was for the normal worker post, which was Rs. 2.75 LPA. I am not happy with 3 years experience in this college & would have been better if chosen other one.

Placements: In the last 2 to 3 years, what I have seen is, the big MNCs coming to Sydenham College for direct campus placements. In the previous academic year (i.e., 2016-17), KPMG and E&Y have participated in campus recruitment and selected many candidates. I don't know the percent of students who got the internship from college neither do I know how much lowest, average or highest stipend is offered.
