Placements: Regarding placements in college, only local companies visit the college, and they offer very low packages. This college has a scheme that says 'we are not job seekers, we are job creators', so you must know this before you join. If you want to start your own company, then you can join here or else do not.

Placements: There are no placements in the college they will bring two or three companies to college they of a package of 8000 to 10000 a month that what the placement in college was and the didn't give call letter for example this year they bring vasantha bhavan as placement.

Placements: The worst placement scenarios only companies to visit are bpos small companies that even visit will offer off role jobs with the maximum wages of 8k a month. The placement cell is quite cold and thus max students coming out of the MGR college are jobless.

Placements: To be honest, there are no placement chances in this college. It is absolutely waste of money. People who want to enjoy all the four years can join here and do not expect to learn anything. There is nothing much to talk about. There will be a job fair conducted, and it is a total waste to attend as no good companies will come here to recruit.

Placements: The placement is very bad, even the role of the driver was also offered to students. I hope that the placement is better now, but God knows about it. Average packages are not even a question here as most of the companies that come here are worthless and probably not genuine companies. Also, the salaries offered were hardly Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000. Placements: No proper placement and proper guidance provided by the college. Only local companies visit the campus. In the name of big companies, they are bringing some consultancy, they are also fake. Totally, the management is poor in the placement, and the faculty members are not qualified. They don't know anything relating the subject knowledge.

Placements: They invite BPO companies for campus placement. This college has lost their reputation. The level of teaching is very low. They don't have proper lab equipment. If you want to join this college for engineering, please don't assume that you'll get campus selection opportunity. After completion of college, I (including all batchmates) struggled 6 months to get the job.

Placements: In the beginning, it promises that it gives placement in core companies. But in 4 years of graduation, no core company came for the interview. Few BPO companies came for training and services with a low salary package. That too they only hired only CSE AND IT departments students.

Placements: Honestly speaking, this college won't provide any placements. They will bring some companies which are BPOs which is not at all suitable to our course. They will also bring some consultancy people, and they will ask us to pay some money for the training, and later on, they promise to give a job which is totally fake and they loot the money. Placements: Only, 10% of the students got placed from our batch. Most of the companies which came for the placement drive were IT. The college placement cell doesn't put any extra efforts to get companies to the campus. The highest package offered was 6 LPA. Placements: Some students from our senior batch were placed but for our batch, not even a single MNC visited our campus. A few local companies have visited and offered very poor salary package ranging from 10-12k. Some electrical manufacturer companies like Shree Wari Electricals visited our campus and selected 15 batchmates at 12k per month salary but at the time of joining they were ready to pay 6k per month. Placements: The placement season during our batch was quite dry. During that time, ACCL (Automotive Coaches and Components Limited) came and selected just 5 students (luckily I was one among them from mechanical out of 554 mechanical students). Similarly, one company from Pondichery came but never hired any, though some more consulting companies came for the recruitment. It's a costly affair to do engineering courses in this college. The fee for Computer Science and Information Technology is 125000 PA. If the student has less than 60% marks in PCM then you have to pay 15k more. The faculty members are not good enough. Apart from CS and IT, placements are rare.
