The college is okay, no worries, with hopeful and delightful memories, and placements have been done

Placements: 100 percent of students are placed in this course, and they are now doing post-graduation at different universities and doing extraordinary jobs. Some fertilizer companies like Syngenta and Coromandel have done placements, and mostly the package is 3 to 4 LPA.

Good organisation to make your path in the field of horticulture.

Placements: Most of the students prefer doing higher studies. Almost 20 percent of people are into bank jobs and horticulture-related jobs. Some of the alumni are into nursery and mushroom cultivation as well. One of our seniors runs a polyhouse for hydroponics and organic farming.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of lack of placements.

Placements: We don't have any placements in our college but we have enough knowledge to get jobs outside. We will get jobs in the fertilizer industry, SEED companies, Cadbury companies and many more. Even though we will get jobs, the salary will be very low, like 2 lacs per year.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the course due to the inflexible faculty.

Placements: Only one percent of students are placed, with salaries ranging from 2-4 lakhs per annum. Local companies are the only ones recruiting, typically just one or two. Most students opt for roles such as marketing personnel or sales agents, while some pursue M.Sc. degrees elsewhere. Wealthier students choose to study abroad, while those from middle-class backgrounds remain here. Please consider joining this college; I am a final-year student writing this review.

I am absolutely satisfied with our college faculty, placements, and the landscaping of our campus.

Placements: Nearly 70% of students secure jobs in Horticulture, Veterinary Health Assistant (VHA), and various other sectors. Approximately 50% of students find employment in private SEED sectors and other assigned companies, offering a minimum of 10 lakh per annum upon joining private and government agencies. Many companies express interest in hiring students from our horticulture program.

The college is overall good but not excellent due to the lack of campus placements.

Placements: The college does not offer any placements, which is the main drawback of the college. No internships are offered by any companies. Recruiting companies are mainly SEED companies; the roles they offer are SEED analysts, etc. The starting monthly salary is around 20,000.

Absolutely dissatisfied student because everything is not good.

Placements: The percentage of students may be 25 percent of the total applied. There is no facility for campus placements. Students must find job opportunities for themselves. There will be no internships provided by the college. No placements, so no question of packages.

Nice environment and good infrastructure.

Placements: Based on EMACET rank, students are placed. There are no particular placements in our college. It is difficult to get placements in this course. The lowest package is ten thousand. So many students are joining this course but there are not enough placements for them.

Our college is the best in this country.

Placements: We do not have placements at our college. It is the top college with 99 percent of students. We will be placed in ICAR colleges for further studies. If we have placements, the average package would be INR 40,000 per month. Top companies in the agriculture sector come for recruitment.

Think wisely before you choose.

Placements: Firstly, there are no placements in our college, but we can apply our resumes to any SEED testing companies, pesticide factories, or land scaping. Our seniors got selected at the Indian Agriculture Research Institute and some other research institutes for post-graduation.

Placements: No student was placed in our college. No placements are offered. No company had arrived. A few percent of students are getting internships. No jobs are there after this course in college but we came to know that there will be jobs in SEED and fertilizer companies.

Good faculty with nice infrastructure.

Placements: To be honest, there are no placements on campus. But you will get enough experience from the course to get a job. One can gain knowledge so that they can grab the opportunity to get a job. And you can also pursue masters in certain departments. And it can also be planned for other competitive exams.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the placements.

Placements: There are no placements provided for the students who are graduated from college of horticulture, VR gudem. If they bring a job opportunity the package is no more than 1.5 LPA There is no internship provided in our college. Every year almost 200 students joined in this course but hardly 2 to 3 people will get a job and most of the students take higher studies and lot of the students go to coaching to get a bank job just like any other graduates there is no specialty of work we get by taking this...

Good college for graduation. Beautiful environment. But we need to focus more on placements.

Placements: The college needs to focus on placements, but few people cracked the AFO, HO, and VHA posts. 40% of students were hired by private agricultural firms. Landscaping assistants, contractual jobs in Research stations, etc. are the roles offered. No internships are provided by the college. If interested students can do it on their own, the college will support them.
