A wholesome community and curriculum that has you spoilt for choice.

Placements: FLAME's placement office provides a wide variety of placement opportunities that are largely available to students across disciplines. Companies generally offer roles specially tailored for students with no prior work experience and are generally accompanied by on-the-job training programs. The compensation packages are competitively placed.

Our college is the best with good infrastructure.

Placements: Around 70% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered for the journalism and mass communication course is 7 LPA. The salary packages depend on the particular field. The salary package is high for a journalist or a finance reporter. All students got internships from our college in various companies like WageIndicator, Teachnook, etc. Top roles offered for our course are finance journalist, magazine writer, weather reporter, etc.

A university that helps you grow and evolve.

Placements: Placements at Flame generally tend to be very good since they give students a variety of options to look into. For instance, in 2022, around 80 companies participated in the campus placements system, offering an average salary package of 7.3 LPA. In terms of internships, students compulsorily take part in interning at organisations during the summers of their first and second years. The top recruiters in campus placements include BYJU'S, Axis Bank and TCS.

A modern education approach and great campus life.

Placements: Detailed placement reports can be found on the university website, but some prominent companies that come up while discussing flame placements are Puma, Delloite, TCS, Tata Motors, HSBC and Axis Bank. All undergraduate students are required to complete two mandatory internships as a part of the course. Therefore, all students who have graduated will have these under their belt. Flame also has a dedicated placement office that assists students with the process and conducts mock interviews and oth...

Great Infrastructure. Really good courses, faculty, and placements.

Placements: Many of the students have been placed in companies like Delloite, Tata Motors, TCS, HSBC bank, Axis Bank, and multiple other banks, Reliance, Puma, etc. We have 2 mandatory internships during our 3-year course and one more if we opt for the 4th optional year. So 100% of students get an internship. There is a special placements department that also holds training sessions and mock interviews.

Infra, fests- great; academics, placements- not. Wouldn't recommend for economics programs.

Placements: Flame University does not have placements in the traditional sense, where companies come to campus and interview students. However, there is a placement committee that finds certain job opportunities that may be relevant and sends students emails regarding the same, after which students can contact them personally. However, if students search for a job by themselves alongside taking the placement committee's assistance and if the student finds a better job themselves and a worse one through Flam...

Liberal Arts, holistic Approach towards Development.

Placements: Flame, being a liberal arts college, focuses on holistic as well as skill development. It grooms you to start your venture in the trying business world. That being said, considering the fee and placements, ROI is abysmal. Although, growth prospects are high in the near mid future.

I am satisfied with the teaching faculty members.

Placements: Despite the pandemic, great companies gave job opportunities and internship opportunities through campus placements. Top-tier companies approached, and each student is given comprehensive training to prepare them for the corporate world. During the placement phase for the academic year, companies like Wipro, Birla soft, and Finolex hired students from the final year, while Outlook Group and Kalpataru hired interns.

Best infrastructure with great faculty and good placements.

Placements: FLAME has strong placements. The university has a good track record. Although I am currently pursuing my degree, our senior class of 2020 has all been placed in leading organizations. Some prominent companies that have visited for recruitment include Birlasoft, Mercedes Benz, Finolex, Byju's amongst others. The placement cell and placement committee create a two-year strategy to assist all students with their placements, which includes everything from resume preparation to aptitude tests and num...

Students not just have academic growth but also have an overall growth opportunity.

Placements: Despite the pandemic, FLAME students were able to join some of the leading organisations. I secured an internship in Outlook Group. Before the internships, we all were provided with training, where I have learned many new things and new skills to assist my profession.

The virtual life is exciting in this college.

Placements: Our college has good companies for internships such as Reliance, Aditya Birla Group, Outlook Group, Jio Creative Labs, and others. The placement cell also arranged webinars to guide students on how to be the best version of themselves during the whole internship process. Even though it's online, the placement committee took every little effort to help the students.

FLAME University is perfect.

Placements: Placements provided by our university are top-notch, in spite of the ongoing pandemic. Organisations that are a part of the placement process are at the top in their respective industries. The main focus is to mould the students as industry-ready professionals. I have improved my communication skills and presentation skills, which shaped me into a competitive individual ready to progress in my professional life ahead. Companies like Finolex and Wipro recruited students in the final placements. O...

Top-tier organisations visited here, and every student is offered holistic training to prepare them for the corporate world. Review of FLAME University.

Placements: Top roles offered to the students are research assistant, data and statistics analysts, on-field researcher, in banking and insurance companies, sales and finance representatives. Our college has students who are mostly opting for further studies after undergraduate, and a few students carry on with the family business. Top recruiters are Axis bank, JSW, DMart and Byju's. Every student has to do an internship and write a detailed report on it as a mandatory core requirement for graduation. Hence...

I am just satisfied with my entire experience, but it is not the best place for top-notch academics.

Placements: About 2%-3% of the students from our course got placed, including me. Our college offered almost every student with an internship, and about 70% of the students got internships. There is a vast range of courses, but not all courses are given equal importance and are not in-depth. Overall, our college is average.

University exceeds all expectations .

Placements: Flame is known for the amazing placement opportunities it gives its students. It ensures these things by programmes where compulsory internships are important. There are also programmes where students are sent out to parts of India to discover and learn more about cultures etc. The placement opportunities are diverse and the university prepares us for them greatly ensuring that we have the support and guidance we need to make the best of us.

Placements: If we say about the placement it is very good saying about my batch like 90-95% students were placed who opted for placement and in our batch the highest package was 15 Lacs and the lowest was 3.5 and average placement was ranged between somewhat 6-7 Lacs and great companies like Oakline capital, avenue supermarts, ENAM group, TCS, Karvy group, HDFC bank, CBRE, JLL and many more good companies were at campus and saying about internship in my batch 70% got from campus and 30% took internship from...

A review of Flame School of Business Management.

Placements: The average salary package offered in 2019 batch is around 6-7 LPA, the highest being 13 LPA, offered by Vedanta. Placements in Flame are run by a professional body. Various companies such as Amazon, D-Mart, CCD, Vedanta, Byju's, and Karvy Group visited the campus this year. I would rate the placements 3 out of 5.
