FEAT 2024 Exam Pattern: FLAME University has released the FEAT exam pattern on the official website, flame.edu.in. Candidates can access the FEAT exam pattern 2024 to aid the exam preparation process. The varsity prepares the FEAT 2024 question paper comprising all the elements of the predefined exam pattern. As per the FEAT 2024 test structure, the exam has multiple choice questions from four sections, namely, Verbal Ability, Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, and General Knowledge. Candidates need to answer all the questions within a time bracket of 120 minutes. FEAT 2024 exam date and slot timing will be shared with the candidates once they have submitted the online application form. During FEAT 2024, the candidates are required to present identity proof such as an Aadhar card, PAN card or passport copy. Q:   What is the weightage of each section in the FEAT exam?

A:

Sections of FEAT have indifferent weightage criteria. The Verbal Ability section has the most weightage with 40 questions. Rest of the sections in FEAT have 20 questions each. Candidates have to attempt all the questions in the FEAT exam. The scores based on the performance in the exam will be considered to shortlist candidates for admissions process.

Q:   Which is the lengthiest section in FEAT?

A:

Since the Verbal Ability section has the most questions, i.e. 40 questions, candidates find it the lengthiest one. However, there is a possibility of the Quantitative Ability section to be lengthier.

Q:   How many questions are asked from GK in FEAT?

A:

There are 20 questions from GK in the FEAT exam. All the questions will have an objective type format. Candidates need to choose a correct option out of four options available for each question. FLAME University will not deduct marks for incorrect responses. Therefore, candidates who do not know the answer can guess the same without fearing of any deduction.

FEAT Exam Pattern Highlights

  • The questions will be in multiple-choice questions format. There will be 100 questions in total
  • To each question, four options will be provided. The candidate will have to choose one right answer from the four
  • The FEAT exam will be held for 120 minutes and there is no sectional time limit
  • Total marks of FEAT 2024 will be 140. There is differential marking for each section
  • There is no negative marking. The candidates are advised to solve all the questions within the time allotted

Q:   What are the important sections as per the FEAT syllabus?

A:

Important sections of FEAT include Reasoning and Verbal Ability. These two sections have the most weightage of marks. Out of 140 marks, these two sections compile to fetch 90 marks. However, each section of FEAT exam is important as each section will fetch marks. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their overall performance. FLAME University does not consioder section wise marks to shortlist candidates for admissions.

Section-wise FEAT 2024 Exam Pattern

Verbal Ability: Each question in this section carries 1.25 marks. This section tests the candidate’s familiarity with English grammar, vocabulary and usage and ability to read and write English efficiently.

Quantitative Ability: Each question in this section carries 1.5 marks. The Quantitative Ability questions cover a wide range of Mathematical concepts of high-school level.

Reasoning: Each question in this section carries 2 marks. The questions asked are from Analytical and Logical Reasoning, While, Analytical Reasoning questions test the ability of a student to analyze relationships, Logical Reasoning problems involve small arguments and questions that may be asked to test the validity of the argument or to arrive at a conclusion based on a set of hypothesis.

General Knowledge: Each question in this section carries 1 mark. The GK questions test the student’s knowledge of current affairs, politics, history, economy, sports, etc.

Candidates aspiring for admissions through FEAT must have completed Class 12 or an equivalent qualification with English as a subject. The minimum overall grade is 40 per cent, but for BBA/BSc programs, it's 45%. Students still in Class 12 are also eligible to apply, but their admission is condition
