I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty, the good placements in 2024, and the really good infra.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is 50%. The highest package is 28 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies include Acums, Mankind, and Cipla. Most students secure internships at Acums, and the top roles offered in my course are in quality control and preparation of medicine.

Our department library has a comprehensive collection of books, and the classrooms are equipped with digital boards. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is excellent and very hygienic. The facilities for sports and games are also very good.
Faculty: The department teachers are the best and highly qualified, with excellent teaching quality. B.Pharm is a professional course, and the teachers help prepare us for the industrial sector and other fields. The exam pattern is moderate, with the semester exam level being medium; the pass percentage is 50%.

Decent foundation, but lacking in practical exposure and industry relevance.
Placements: Limited brand visibility: Due to GKV being a lesser-known college, it faces a lack of recognition among elite recruiters, with only some offering entry-level or contractual roles. Low average packages: For the majority of students, the offered packages can be underwhelming, with the average package hovering around 3-4 LPA. High competition for limited roles: With a significant number of students vying for a limited number of roles, the competition is fierce.
Infrastructure: The university has basic infrastructure, with essential facilities like lecture halls, a library, computer lab, and sports ground. However, many facilities are outdated, including libraries and labs; equipment for engineering or pharmacy is not up to date. Maintenance is also an issue, as classrooms are not cleaned properly.
Faculty: The academic experience is average. While the faculty can be helpful, the system limits their ability to guide students in a more engaging and practical manner. The curriculum is outdated and lacks the industry relevance needed to make students competitive. The exam system is focused on rote learning and doesn’t encourage critical thinking.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA to 8 LPA, the average salary package is 2 LPA to 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 1.2 LPA to 1.8 LPA. The recruiting companies are SunPharma, Akums, NecLife, and Pharma affiliates. Around 30-40% of students get internships in this course at Akums, SunPharma, etc.
Infrastructure: Our department has a good interior, two smart classrooms, good sitting arrangements, Wi-Fi, a decent library, and several labs. The quality of the facilities provided in the hostel is 7 out of 10. The taste of the food served is average. Our college has a big ground which is Dayanad Stadium.
Faculty: Some teachers in our college are helpful. Some have done Ph.D., M.Pharma, PG, or pursuing Ph.D. Teaching quality can be rated 6 out of 10. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are above average. The pass percentage is 50%, including theory and practical.
Other: I chose this course because I did not get admission to B.A. MS, but it was the best. It is one of the best courses to get a lot of job opportunities in different sectors. Students get admission to this college through an entrance exam in our course.

Infrastructure is great with scenic views and greeney but it is not well maintained.
Placements: Companies are limited. But the reputation is quite good, which helps in a portfolio. The companies are usually mass recruiters, and students have to start from the grassroots level to attain a good standard. The name of GKV is often seen with pride because of its past.
Infrastructure: The hostels are not good. They lack hygiene and have a lot of monkeys, but there are PGs and all are available at a cheap rate which provide better facilities. Labs lack equipment. Sports is quite good. There's a gym with free entry only for GKV students, which is also a plus point.
Faculty: Faculty is well qualified, supportive, and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. The curriculum is very relevant, and students gain a lot of knowledge that helps them further in this sector. The semester exams are quite hard but scorable with teachers’ help. Teachers provide important questions beforehand.
