The lower level of some companies are coming in my college, and college doesn't work on placement, which students need.

Overall, it was a good experience.
Placements: Placement is overall good in the mechanical branch, about 80 to 90 percent, but in CSE it's about 60 percent; students do internships in big companies like IBM and AWS, etc. The highest package that I see out here is 20 LPA, and the lowest is 3 to 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but not too attractive. The hostel is good, but the food served in the mess is extremely bad, and having good Wi-Fi speed of about 100 Mbps download and 80 Mbps upload, the hostel is attractive to the university, but FET is about 10 km from the hostel, and buses are also available.
Faculty: Yes, faculty are also helpful and well qualified; someone from IIT, and the best faculty member is the HOD of CSE, Dr. Mayank Agarwal. The quality of studies is good; they are all studies that are very relevant to the exam, and also the exam pattern is very easy. All questions are from PYQ.

The experience that I gain is good.
Placements: Yes, placement is good in mechanical engineering; about 90 percent of students take jobs, and 60 percent placement of CSE. Most students do internships in big companies like Google, Microsoft, Razorpay, etc. The top roles are offered by IBM in our college. The highest package is about 20 LPA.
Infrastructure: The facilities offered in the hostel are good. The infrastructure is not too bad. The campus has a great museum that has too many artifacts. The hostel provides food. The quality of food is average, and there is 1 canteen on campus that has several items.
Faculty: The teacher is very helpful and well qualified, some of them from IITs, and has done a Ph.D. in their stream and has extreme knowledge that helps all the students. They study very relevant things that come in the exam. Also, the exam pattern of the semester as well as of the sessional is very easy.

If anyone only wants to get into a government college, they can opt for this college.
Placements: The placement may be possible in this college if you are a good student and you have knowledge of core and coding subjects, you get placed. But companies came here with offers of 15 LPA. Most of the students don't have proper knowledge. So most of the students are placed with packages of 3-4-5 LPA.
Infrastructure: This college offers many courses. It has good faculty. The whole campus has Wi-Fi support. Classrooms are a little bit not in good condition. The campus contains a very big library, and the engineering department has its own library. Hostel conditions are good but not very good. The quality of food you get will be manageable. Sports facilities are very good. They provide all support in terms of sports or any field.
Faculty: All the semesters and exams run on time. The teachers are well-qualified, all the teachers have M.Tech. The college curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready. There are 5 units in each subject and you have to complete any 3 chapters to score good marks in the exam. You have to score a minimum of 40 in each subject to pass.
Other: There is a fest held every year. There is no concept of co-education; both boys and girls have different campuses.

Realistic review of Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalay Haridwar .
Placements: The placement of the college is below average. Last year the highest placement was 11.6 LPA, which was from the electronics branch. And placement of CSE is very poor. This year IBM came and took the interview of approximately 192 students, but no one among them is placed. Last year the highest placement of CSE is 6.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not so good, but it's like an average college, and the hostel is in very bad condition. There are only 6 bathrooms and washrooms per floor, and there is no gate in 70% of the washrooms. There are only 10 proper washrooms between 250 students. And only one RO water cooler. Mess food is so bad, and there is very little rush in the mess.
Faculty: Faculty members and exams are very good. If you are an average, regular studying student, then you can easily pass the exams. And if you have any doubts on any topic, then faculty members are always ready to solve it after lunch in their cabins. The HOD of the CSE department is a very humble person.
Other: There are no ragging issues on the college campus.

Good college with average packages, but mess food is terrible.
Placements: Placement is good. Till last year, the highest package was 11 LPA, but this year it increased to 35 LPA for an electrical engineering branch student. Top recruiting companies are TCS and IBM. The percentage of students placed is around 60% for CSE.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good. Labs have lots of equipment, but computer labs have old computers. Classrooms are beautiful, and Wi-Fi is good. The highest Wi-Fi speed is around 100 Mbps. Hostel infrastructure is not good. The almirah is damaged. Mess food is terrible.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable. My computer teacher has 8 patents under his name. Yes, the course curriculum is very updated. The course teaches AI, cloud computing, and new technologies. The sessional exam is easy; mostly they ask previous year questions, but the semester exam is tough.
Other: I chose GKV because I got it in JEE Main CSAB counselling. The only improvement I need is in the mess food.

Opened GKV detailed review.
Placements: Placements are average. If one studies well and focuses on their skills, they can grab it. The highest package offered this year was 15L, and the average of 5L is offered this year. Students have to apply for off-campus internships as no such on-campus internships are being given by the college.
Infrastructure: The college has all the facilities like sports, and all the labs are well-equipped with working equipment. Classrooms and lecture halls are big and have facilities like speakers and mics for faculty members, and also have projectors. The hostel is not that good as it does not provide any such facilities to students, and the mess food is also below average.
Faculty: The college follows the curriculum provided by AICTE. Faculty members are also not that much qualified as they cannot resolve the doubts of the students, and seniors also do not help in academics. Semester exams are easy, and previous year questions get easily available to each student so they can prepare from that.
Other: Campus life is also not good as, besides studies, there are no other activities that one can do. Only sports are one of the highlighting parts of this college.
