Q:   Which one is better for B.Tech, GNA University or National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar?

A:

A respected national institute, NIT Jalandhar has a solid academic reputation and a well-established network of alumni. Faculty members of NIT Jalandhar are highly skilled and qualified and have worked at the highest levels of industry. Over 200 students were hired by prestigious firms like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and HCL last year because of NIT Jalandhar's exceptional placement record. Compared to private colleges such as GNA, the fees at NIT Jalandhar are greater.

Compared to NIT Jalandhar, GNA University has easier admissions procedures. The costs are lower than those at NIT. Compared to NIT, GNA's infrastructure is significantly better. In contrast to NIT, the faculty members lack significant experience. The GNA placements fall short of the NIT standards.

Top recruiting companies are Radio City, Speed Records, and Mac. All students get internships in top companies like Times Now, Navbharat, Speed Record, and Radio City. Top roles offered are social media handle, voice artist, and RJ.
Infrastructure: There is a place for development in everything. GNA is still a developing university with new aspects. All facilities are good. Free Wi-Fi is available. Laboratories are excellent, and we can work without any restrictions. Separate hostels are available for both boys and girls. The food served in the hostel is very good. Mess is also available. Sports are conducted in this college. There is a medical room in this college. Ambulance is available for emergency purposes with an on-duty doctor as well.
Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified and experienced in their respective fields. They are passionate about teaching, which makes the entire process of learning enjoyable. All teachers are friendly and interactive. Learning something new is not a difficult task. All the doubts are answered anytime with the practical learning experience and industrial visits, making students familiar with the latest technology. Students get hands-on experience with happenings in the real world to make them ready for the industry. Semester exams are moderate. If we study well, we can score good marks. All the assignments and projects are easy. The passing percentage is 100%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. I am driven to tell compelling stories through various mediums including written articles, videos, and podcasts. Many students who are not from an English background find it difficult to attempt exams in English. It will be better if they allow to attempt the theoretical exams in their native language so that language does not become a barrier in their career path. Various fests and events are conducted in this college. Our campus life is great. Scholarships are provided to those students who are not financially strong.

Q:   Does GNA University accept JEE score?

A:

No, JEE results are not accepted by GNA University for admission to the B.Tech programme. The university takes into account your class 12 grades. You must have received good grades in disciplines like mathematics, physics, and chemistry. For several B.Tech programmes, GNA University administers its own entrance test (GNAUEE), albeit JEE results are not necessary. As an alternative, you can turn in results from other tests, such as the ACT, SAT, or LEET.

A personal interview may be required of the shortlisted individuals to evaluate their ability, motivation for pursuing the selected B.Tech programme, and communication skills. Therefore, while JEE scores are not a prerequisite for admission to GNA University's B.Tech programme, scoring well on a recognised entrance exam (such as JEE Main or LEET) will boost your application and raise your chances of being chosen.
