Satisfied with faculty, placement, infrastructure but dissatisfied in terms of holidays.

Placements: The placement of our batch is quite good, and the placement of senior batch is also good. Our batch got more placements than the previous batch. The students got placed in companies like Genpact and Sage with an approximately average salary of Rs. 1,80,000 per annum approximately. The placement cell is present and works pretty well. Every student is well-prepared to face the corporate world.

I would say that the university is good, but if looking for the placement, then it is average.

Placements: Around, six students got placed with a package of 5 LPA, and those were my batchmates, and two of them got selected in Byjus's at 9 LPA. I would say that the placement here is below average, especially in the mechanical branch. If you want to work for Wipro and Infosys, then you're most welcome to this college. The total placement percentage was around 15 to 20%. I don't see that the placement cell is efficient, but what else they can do when there are no job vacancies for engineers.

Review of Graphic Era University.

Placements: Graphic Era University is known for its placements of the year 2015. Nearly, 1200 students were placed in big IT giants like Infosys, Wipro, CSC, TCS, Samsung, Accenture and many others. The placement department of Graphic Era University is fantastic. They provide training for 3 months before the placement drives. The average package offered is Rs. 4.5 LPA.

It is worth to be in this university.

Placements: According to the current scenario, Graphic Era University is providing excellent opportunities for placements of the students. This year also so many have placed with an average to high package salary. Just work hard, and GEU will you place in a good company.

The university is the best in Uttarakhand for CS and is worth the money. The placements are good.

Placements: The college placements are good for computer science department, most of the students get placed. The good companies are coming for the placements. It is one of the best universities in Uttarakhand for CS students. The companies like Amazon, Wipro, Yamaha, Tata, Accenture, and many more good giants come for the placements.

The faculty are good, but they put many restrictions.

Placements: The placements are very good. In my batch, almost every student got placed from the college. The highest package offered was 7 lacs PA which was very good, and the lowest was 2.5 lacs PA. Many companies visited the campus like ITC, Info Edge, Tommy Hilfiger and other big companies.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty.

Placements: Very few students got placed around 15 out of 90. You have to seriously work hard if you want to get a job after B.Com honors. Professor tells a lot about how the students can get the jobs. How to give answers in group discussions. How to tackle stress interviews and also there are regular seminars for opportunities in life.

The placements were not too good in 2017. Average faculty, and good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements are quite good. It depends on your potential, and there will be a group discussion round, a written test of your language and logic, and an interview. The highest package offered was Rs. 5.75 lacs per annum and the lowest was Rs. 2.5 lacs per annum. Mainly, you sit for IT companies. The college is in partnership with Tata, and now Tata labs are on the campus.

Taking the admission in Graphic Era university, kindly have a look.

Placements: The placements offered are good for CS and IT branch. No company for electronics and communication and other core branches. Better go for CS and IT branch. If you've decided to go for ECE then better go to some government college. After B.Tech, better go for GATE exam, get a good rank. Enter into some IIT and get better placement.

This is a good college with good ambiance and education.

Placements: The placement is good, and many opportunities are available here. Each and every student gets the placement. Special classes are organised for the aptitude preparation and the placement process. Good companies come for the recruitment. 60% of the students will get placed with an average package of Rs. 4 lakhs PA to Rs. 6 lakhs PA.

Graphic Era University, a glimpse of campus life in the valley of Doon.

Placements: The placements were good in our times. Mass recruiters like Infosys and Wipro hired many students, around 200-300, and after that, many good companies also came like TCS, CSC, etc. The highest package offered was 4.2 LPA, and the lowest was 1.80 LPA. The roles offered were a software engineer, process associate. There is a placement cell. It is efficient in conducting campus placements.

Dissatisfied with the placements but campus life and extracurricular activities are good.

Placements: The placements are good for computer related courses like CS, IT, MCA and BCA etc., but almost nill for other courses especially for mechanical. The sstudents from other courses who gets placed usually get their placement in CS or IT companies. No mechanical related companies visited their campus for placement this year.

Placements: Many of the mechanical engineering students have placed in the computer science department of companies and rest are searching for the job. I have also done my B.Tech in mechanical, and I am looking for the government job. This college is good for CSE, IT and electronics branch.

Overall the university is good and pays greater emphasis on academics.

Placements: I am still pursuing the course, so I am not yet placed, but every year 3-4 companies come to recruit B.Com (H) graduates and about 65% - 75% of the students are placed every year by their consistent grades throughout the course. Two of the companies that visited the college is Mahindra and Wipro.

Satisfied by the placements and motivated by the management.

Placements: The college offers good placements in IT majors like Wipro and Infosys. The percentage of students placed in the first round of company visit is around 50%, and average salary ranges between 3 lacs per annum to 4 lacs per annum with a stipend of around Rs. 15,000 during the training. There are visits by core sector companies like Ashok Leyland for mechanical, ZTE for electronic and communication and many other companies for computer science like SAP labs which offer good packages of 7 to 8 lacs ...

Should know about a graphic era.

Placements: Many good companies came for the placements this year. Out of 130 students, almost 90 students are placed in good companies with a good package in MBA. The highest package that is offered till now is of 7.5 lakhs per annum, and the lowest is 2.8 lakhs per annum. In other courses, the placements are very high. The placements are fair enough, and the department kept many efforts for the students to be placed in organisations.

Things you should know about Graphic Era Deemed to be University

Placements: Placement is only for the computer science department, not for other branches. They show us that they have very good placement but actually, it's not like that. The students of the computer science department have placement of 3.12 lakhs on average. So if you are taking admission in Graphic Era deemed-to-be University, you need to take care of that.

My experience in graphic era- A review.

Placements: The placements of college are not too good and not too bad also. I can say it is above average. The scope of placements in core companies is less when compared to IT Companies like Infosys and Wipro. I got two job offers Infosys and Omics International through campus placement. Approximately, 50% of students got placed in campus placements.

An educational hub for creating dream into reality

Placements: Placements are a key success factor for a college reputation but Graphic Era only had good placements in the case of computer science and engineering. There were no mechanical core companies which came and mechanical students have to either opt out from the college or have to opt for IT companies. So all in all, the mechanical department had only 20% of students being placed and that too, not in mechanical core companies.

An average experience in the college.

Placements: The placement for our batch was 70%. The highest salary offered was 2.5 LPA. Roles were offered as per the specialisations we had. The placement companies were good but the roles offered were not satisfactory. The university doesn't provide companies for the internship, which is basically what the university should encourage, compared to theoretical studies.
